Envisioning A Positive Vision of the Future Through News Aggregation

Evolver and Reality Sandwich contributors and readers have a positive vision for the future, but are losing the messaging battle for the minds of the social media generation. The vision that is largely being promoted memetically on the internet is a dystopian "prison planet" which is on the verge of being brought about through intentional societal collapse and genocide by the "New World Order" elite. This is of course, conspiracy fiction which is presented as fact, illustrated with a collage of current events news articles that paint a dark vision of a post-apocalyptic future.
Those who realize the potential of human society to create it's own future, should recognize the danger inherent in this popular meme. I propose that we create a competing meme, using the same tactic of memetic illustration through a collage of news aggregation, but with the intention of portraying a positive vision of the triumph of humanity over the current World Order structures of authoritarianism, separatism, and ideological division. By creating a locus for news aggregation of positive stories of developments in science, medicine, and technology, as well as peoples movements and democratic political awakening, I believe we can produce an effective antibody to the memetic virus that is convincing thousands of the illusory inevitability of a dystopian future.

If you have any idea how we can produce such a website as I propose, I could use the help because I am not knowledgeable in web design. I would like to help, I have many positive idea's about what our future can be. I'm available to write and pose articles to you that offer alternative solutions to the beliefs in world order. I do not believe this is inevitable as many do on the internet. There is an already defeated attitude we need to change. Accept our responsibility in this and move forward for positive outlooks and change.

Do you have any thoughts on how to set up a website for news aggregation? I'm mainly stuck on the technical aspect of it.
Although I would need editors, so thank you for the offer. To be clear, the role of an "editor" I am proposing is:
1. we agree on a storyline that ties the entire website together (just as an example: A secret society of scientists working to save humanity by bringing about a technological singularity in 2012).
To be absolutely clear, this storyline would be fiction, designed with the intention of promoting hope and positive attitudes towards the future.
2. we find news articles which are used to illustrate the storyline. Such as breakthroughs in computing and neuroscience, robotics etc.
3. An editor takes a useful article, writes a new headline and introductory paragraph which tie it to our storyline, and then links to the article from the website's front page.
The result is an aggregation of real news articles which tell a fictional story. There might also be room for videos and op-ed pieces, but they all must combine to tell the same coherent story. with a message of positivity.
