Realizing situations in slowed time

Laws govern our experience, we can see how it happens when we slow it down. One day we can hopefully use these experiences to map the physics of consciousness.
Understanding is realizing situations.
Understanding = our thought process
Realizing = focusing on something and making it your reality
Situations = circumstances of reality that hold a personal choice between opposite emotions of positive and negative beliefs
The same understanding is cool is love is culture is what people think of when they feel they can read minds to some degree as we are realizing the same situations around us
Dwelling in a constantly changing thought process gives constant realization of situations and their transitions between opposites in time.
Somehow, chemically, our perception of time slows down but relatively, we can have more rapid thoughts, which gives a side effect of short term memory loss, which causes the title of my story in conversation to come after its been told.

There is a Key
I have talked with great Ball players, musicians, and people in car crashes and have been told basically the same thing. "There are certain moments that I can actually see everything around me shift into super slow motion" I began asking this question when one morning in the 90s my friend was pulling out from a stopsign and before I could warn her, a large, yellow, empty, schoolbus passed right through her car. We both looked at each other, speechless, so blown away that we had to pull over in the stores parking lot and finally one of us said "WHOAH" what just, no way, ummm, wow, did that just happen? Yes it happened and I still get shivers. Time slowed so that I could see the dust floating in the air in her car. Hmmm, still here to tell my tale.
