Starting to Sense a Shift

Tonight, as I was going on my nightly run through the crisp winter air of Boulder, I noticed something a little different. After an extremely stressful day, I ran up into the mountains. Something seemed different though. Maybe I just never noticed it before, but tonight I saw a subtle, yet glowing light coming from the mountains in every direction I looked. I was completely mesmerized by this glow and it put me into a truly meditative state. All worries vanished from my mind, and was overcome with one of the most comforting feelings I've have ever experience. I ended up running 2-3 miles longer than I usually run, though my body didn't notice it. Maybe this was just a runner's high? Maybe a start of an energy shift? Maybe just an enchanting, undefinable experience? All I know is I can't wait to go on my run tomorrow (well i guess tonight now) during the lunar eclipse!
