When canoeing last summer in Manitoba found this stone cairn on top of a rock outcropping where we camped one night. I took this photo. I noticed the orb in the photo and immediately took another picture. No orb in the second shot. I thought people might enjoy seeing it.

PS I'm not particularly computer savvy. Is it possible to post more than one photo in the same post? I wanted to include the photo without the orb for contrast.

You have to look up the HTML protocol for img src="URL" online, then point to a photo-sharing website URL between the quotation marks. You have to load the image's exact URL in your browser, not the photo-sharing site's interface URL. Right click on the image at the photo-sharing site, and select 'View Image" to get this URL from the address bar (in Firefox, at least). Knock twice if this is unclear! Many folks can help you here.

I'm a big fan of canoeing.

Hey River,

Thanks for your tips about downloading pictures. I'll probably just stick to one at a time.

Where do you canoe? I grew up in West Lafayette and took a bunch of trips on Sugar Creek, Wildcat Creek, the Wabash and the Tippecanoe. Never got down into southern Indiana to paddle (camping and caving). Now I'm in Wisconsin and explore up here when I can, with the occasional bigger trip to the Boundary Waters or up into Canada.

Very interesting photo.
