Bio

I live in San Diego and work as a facilitator for design and construction teams building hospitals, roads, dams and other government infrastructure. My value is as a neutral, skilled facilitator who can assure all team members have a voice and that the team builds trust and respect leading to the best ideas and best practices. I offer these services in some volunteer areas, too.
In 1991 my daughter and I attended the First Los Angeles Eco-Cities Conference and began my passion for building sustainable communities (people and places), in 2002 I built my Earthship on our family farm in Kansas (the first Earthship in the state), and in 2008 I helped my partner conceive and design a completely solar-powered sustainable mountain top home and recording studio. I've been in construction for 35 years and have worked as a full-time professional facilitator and team builder for the last 10 years.
