Just wondering if anyone else is getting forgetful and confused these days? A number of people have been saying it and I am hearing it from people of all ages. (so it's not just 'senior'moments). I just forgot the name of the guy I work with every day!! He just forgot his phone number and the customer we were serving said her child seems totally confused in the last week and that everyone in her husbands office is the same.

yup

Good graphic for your post! yeah, I turned 50 this year but have always had a keenly sharp memory until recently. I'll be doing the Times crossword and read a clue and it seems everyone of them is on the tip of my tongue and when i figure one out and go to put the answer in the grid a lot of times I'll forget the answer before putting pen to paper. This is worrying me somewhat.

Soft kill of nervous system....

Consider the increase in contaminants directed toward the brain and neural system. Chem trails, msg, bgh, cell phones, mercury, fluoride, HAARP, aspartame, barium and zinc are just a few of the contaminants inflicting daily damage to our body. Remain oblivious and you will perish, best regards.

Namaste, my sister Danielle, information is power.

physically feeling different

Maybe I'm developing a physical condition, but I'm feeling increasing pressure in my head, often coupled with feely "spacy", unable to think clearly, confused, disinterested, etc. I don't know what it is, but it came on pretty suddenly and I haven't been feeling myself lately.... Anyone else experiencing something like this?

hmmm....may be time to consult with a pro

I commented about some supplements I'm taking to increase cognitive function and memory....but when people are starting to feel forgetful kind of suddenly, or like you DEW, a little pressure in your head, etc...it's not a bad idea to go to a doctor you trust. I'm not a doctor but I do tend to research and use supplements, alternative therapies, and essential oils (such as frankincense, sandalwood, myrrh...but only in their purest forms which can be taken internally!)....

Until you see a doctor there is one more herbal supplement I think may be of value, and that is KRATOM. I have ordered the 10X strength from iamshaman, and have always had very prompt delivery and great results. Dissolves easily in hot water, tastes a bit like instant tea. It greatly increases my focus when I'm feeling a bit spacey, but I won't use it more than once or twice a month because you can develop a tolerance to it.

But any time you feel something changing fairly suddenly with your health and you haven't done anything to cause it (for instance, opiate withdrawal or xanax tolerance withdrawal) then I'd suggest getting it checked out by a professional - whether you prefer eastern or western medicine, just someone who's trained to diagnose symptoms, and someone whom you trust.

Ha HA

I figured I was just getting older

Thanks for the

Thanks for the feedback.

GodIAm, what you said was a thought I was having and for those reasons I am not having the flu shot. I always operate on the information is power basis but I do see that information can also be poison.

Jeff - you have just reminded me that I bought fish oils and 'forgot' to bring them home. Seriously! What is happening to my brain. Will get the fish oils again today and look into the Turmeric in the new year.

Dew, keep an eye on that and keep us posted.

Forgetfullness and much more

Hi Danielle
Modern science to the rescue. There is a group of very non toxic "things" you can take to bring cognitive function back to very very sharp.

One (hydergine) was invented by Albert Hoffmann. My mother had two strokes, she was
unable to speak
very confused
very frightened
could not organizer her thoughts

On 6mg hydergine all her stroke symptoms disappeared completely. It helps aging brain cells metabolize oxygen and glucose to produce the energy it needs to do its job. Very effective and in in wide use in Europe. The USA medical system has discarded this marvelous drug. It is one of the safest drugs ever invented. Available by mail order from Europe with no prescription or inside the usa by prescription but 10 times the cost.

Also Piracetam, available by mail inside the usa. Two or three grams a day is good. My memory and cognitive function are better now (at 60 yrs) than when I was in my 20s.

You may contact me by email for more detail.

yes!!!!

Yeah.. I got "chronic fatigue" for the first time about 4 or 5 years ago.... and while
that has been a BIT better..... I get brain fog relatively easily...
I am on no medications..

I am very stressed however....

Ironic.. I am reading the 5th book in the PROMETHEA Series... and the apocalypse is upon
everyone and everyone strangely is affected by memory loss and confusion....

hmmmmm

I'd like to add: I was

I'd like to add: I was having these same kind of spacy, unfocused feelings myself, too. I also noticed all the chemtrails up in the air.

So I made myself some Orgonite. Very powerful stuff, very easy to make. Not only are there now NO chemtrails in about a 3/4 mile radius around where I placed it, but I no longer feel that disorienting aloofness of the brain that I was once feeling. Not only does it neutralize chemtrails, but it also does the same with harmful electromagnetic radiation, parasitic entities, and it can even help purify water. No joke.

Here's a good free ebook to get you well on your away with Orgonite: http://www.littlemountainsmudge.com/intro2or.htm.

Also, an interesting insider perspective on chemtrails for those interested: http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?read=104629

There have been countless times in mankind's history where the people were fed up with the state of affairs, and, even though they were much more oppressed than we are now, they still managed to come together. Check out the true history of the Ninja, for instance. Very, very fascinating culture of people; an unbreakable community of heart-centered renegades basically.

We can do this, people. We're working with the most powerful force in all the Universe on this one: our own heart.

cleanse and supplement

People tend to absorb a lot of toxins from today's environment, which can lead to stress, frustration, even tears. Certainly being a little forgetful is something to note - pay attention to, thus remember! - and there are a few things you might try to help revitalise your memory.

You may need to give the following regimen at least a month or two to start to notice differences in your attention span and memory, but I'll bet about anything you'll notice things getting better soon:

1) Take 60 mg ginkgo once or twice daily. I've found that the Natural Factors brand is most potent. Very affordable. GINKGO REALLY WORKS, but you have to give it time. The people that think it's worthless probably only tried it for a few days or a week at most, and you need to give it more time to work. Ginkgo increases blood flow to the brain - more oxygen, more thinking, more memories!)

2) Get some lecithin, organic or at least non-GMO. Stir in a couple Tablespoons into a small glass of milk and down it, at least once daily. You'll hardly taste it, and it's not bad. (Raw or lightly cooked egg yolk also has enough lecithin in it to counteract the cholesterol, but only raw yolk - cooking destroys the lecithin. And use good, "happy" eggs only!)

3) Mix about half a glass of organic aloe vera juice with some other kind of fruit or vegetable juice, and drink it up. You won't even taste the aloe, but it will do you good.

4) Take grapeseed extract and chlorella daily. I take one of each, sometimes two for an extra boost.

5) Get a small bottle of "Concentrace" liquid minerals from the Great Salt Lake and add 20 to 30 drops to a gallon of filtered water....try to drink a gallon of water a day. The minerals will have a very noticeable effect in short order....

6) And of course, take a good vitamin supplement. I really like "KAL" Purely Vitamins, 1 daily, broken in two and taken twice a day. Nice high potency vitamin supplement.

If you generally drink or smoke before bedtime, try laying off for a few days and start to pay attention to your dreams. They'll likely become more vivid the cleaner you are, and so you should do what you can to remember and consider them. I strongly feel that our dreams are necessary for a daily, balanced rejuvenation. Just be aware that alcohol or drugs, especially close to bedtime may make your dreams foggy or wispy. If you remember and analyse your dreams you may find the answer to your temporary forgetfulness there.

Best wishes!

ohh.

maybe the majority of you guys are lacking physical activity, and need to get off the front of your computer and stimulate you brain/body system. I forgot everything for a test, but it is because I didn't get enough sleep.

Anyway, I forget a lot and feel like my consciousness is trying to jump somewhere, maybe just to sleep.

Chaos

There is a lot of chaos going on in a of peoples lives and those of us who are aware seem to be picking up on all the turmoil. I think one of the ways we can combat this is by sending loving comforting thoughts to all the people of world.

I have been feeling overwhelmed by emotions and feeling lost and confused about everything.

we're not having senior moments....

What people are most likely experiencing is a solstice pattern on the brain, body, physical, and emotional being. In so, this process allows each individual the opportunity to look at their own 'plate'- so to speak. So, there is an elyptical pull on our physical in a way that helps us to clear our psyches for the coming new year ahead. To resist this process does create personally inflicted discomfort. As you learn about these aches and pains and their rhythms there is a wealth of geniuine knowledge that unfolds to reveal itself. What I've been noticing is that people who are overwhelmed just need to learn to let their bodies tell them what to do - not their preconceived notions. Remember some simple things like, this too will pass.

Thanks again for all the

Thanks again for all the comments.

I will get onto the supplements for sure but I would like to add that a colleague of mine who is young, bright and articulate couldnt remember what a "bear" was for a minute or two today!
I am suspicious.

However Jeff will take your advice and see what turns up.
Keep you posted!

another thing

I just met a man who lives round the corner and - unprompted- he said that he forgot how to get to work one day last week even though he goes there every day and also he got to work one day this week and forgot how he got there!!
