The connection between healthy eating and bliss is obviously clear. But it must be felt through experience not just intellectually comprehended. How do you break it to a Mcdonalds addict that pure sen-soul delight and feeling amazing after each meal can and indeed do go hand in hand? We have moved so far forward in the new paradigm of health, that the actual vitalizing experience of being with an authentic representative is far more transformative than just one well prepared meal. Because what we are really talking about is an integrated and balanced lifestyle that is lived day in and day out. It is great to wake up and be excited about your morning breakfast blissout... but there is so much more that adds up to a life that is meaningful and really blissful to live time and time again.

There are as many religions as there are people. Rumi said something to the extent of... There are 1,001 ways to kiss the ground. With each step into the whirlwind of the moment we risk everything. Yogi Jesus Christ said... Less ye be like little children ye shan't enter the kingdom of heaven. A modern day translation... You can't rock out with your cock out if you have pants on. Essentially, being in the moment is about being naked. Thus, the mystery unfolds...why does being totally vulnerable give us access to our highest potential?

Every moment is a fresh opportunity. And unless we are totally open to it, there is something being missed. Some unintegrated aspect that is modulating the consciousness and directing us into a resonant mythology. With each choice we conduct ourselves through a myriad of ever changing revolving doors of infinite possibility. The golden question is, What do you want? What do you really, truly, actually, eternally, want?

The universe empathizes. It is a cosmic kitchen. Being clear about what you want places the order. The fact of the matter is nobody is living in the same world as anybody else. You can never know anybody else's reality. What you can be is conscious of you own experience, and navigating as intelligently as possible.

Bhagavan Das said, " Know what you want and be specific about it. When you are clear about your goal and doing whatever it takes to achieve it, the divine mother will give it to you."

In Essence, and clearly in expression the earth is encoded with a fundamental desire...Massive abundance for all beings. It has been Wo-Mans blundering idiocrity that has created a world of such massive discrepancies. To be attached to the past is to doomed to repeat it. To be here now, again, and attending to the quest-i-ons at hand is to embrace the calling to authentically live life. Full on!

Timothy leary said a lot of interesting stuff. There are two things of particular relevance... " You are only as old as the last time you changed your mind." And... "The universe is an intelligence test."

To be caught in Limiting beliefs is lazy. It will produce pain and suffering. And yet, to challenge the status quo and rise into a greater sense of being can be quite painful as well. All Attachments must be let go of! Osho talks about divine dissatisfaction as a necessary pre-requisite to spiritual growth. He points out that If you are comfortable there is no reason to change. But, is a dark night of the soul truly necessary, or just one of many archetypal paths of awakening? How do we create the most epic, beautiful, life-affirming, constructive changes without needlessly suffering? I believe one of the most motivating and effective beliefs is in immortality. It brings up this possibility that things can always get better and better and that nothing is ever lost. That we are indeed dealing with infinity and it is our playgorund. However, that need not be it for you, the real question is... What are the most empowering beliefs ever? For you.

"When we do the best we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life, or the life of another. - Hellen Keller

One of the most empowering

One of the most empowering beliefs for me is the fact that I can control my every thought and every action in every moment. Wake Up! The people on this site are but a small fraction of the population of the U.S. and the world. Many of the other billions of souls out there are trapped in cultural conditioning. Us few realize that we are the creators of our own reality, the directors of our own movie, the witnesses to our own evolution. What motivates me to get up every day is this thought of control over every moment. Now is the time that everything takes place, not yesterday, not tomorrow...now. Consciousness created our minds so it could express itself mechanically. This identification with the mind enslaves the spirit of those who do not realize that the only boundaries for our consciousness are the ones we manifest with our mind.

excellent

upon my rise in self-taught meditation and shamanism and 'way', for lack of a better word, of living and perceiving this reality, a series of massively intricate self-revelations that have led me into my current mind-set, worldview, and state of consciously BEING, intensifying more and more as the days, the weeks and the years pass, as It grows ten inches higher with every one inch my physical body does. Upon reaching what I believe is it's 'limits' in this reality, i have found the great barrier that i always knew i would find, the barrier that wants to hold me back and keep me trapped here in this fabricated, ideological 'sense' of existence, with these numbingly mindless zombified versions of human beings continuing to live a life that is led on a string that is pulled by materialism, 'novelty' as Terrence Mckenna called it, the very aspect that separates 'us' from the animals, and also from this very planet and this very Universe in which we all live. As i dropped out last year in the middle of my junior year and grabbed a quick diploma with a g.e.d of 99% in the state i quickly and quietly became more and more isolated and away from this 'world' you could say, from my friends, from shopping malls and movie theaters, to going out and meeting people and 'doing' what 'normal' humans 'do', without even realizing i was forming my own universe, as i became more in touch with my inner self, i too became in touch with the center of all life, the very underlining subtlety that is missed by everyone else, the itching questions in the back of my head that i couldn't find answers to. As you have said, once I opened my 'self' up into this Universe of macrocosms upon microcosms, this Universe of never-ending synchronicity and possibility, unlimited potential, and conceptual 'Reality", once i asked for what i wanted, for these questions to be answered.. i'd like to believe, it started to happen.

I have heard before that vulnerability is essential to 'transcending' this fabrication and facade within facade of Reality, right after i read this
-.why does being totally vulnerable give us access to our highest potential?-
i thought of a quote of Timothy Leary's (and little to my surprise that you would mention him before the end of your blog post) that i can recall hearing being played just before Tool's opening song Third Eye at a live concert I attended back in June, just as i was coming up on the hardest mushroom trip i had ever had up untill then, it says "To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open-mindedness; chaotic, confused, vulnerability to inform yourself."
I had always wondered, why would one need to first be confused to inform one's self, and why one would 'want' to be vulnerable. Being vulnerable means that you are easily susceptible to the raging chaos and madness of this world, you are easily manipulated by other people and their ideas, i had always thought that wasn't right, if you want to live for what you want, don't be easily manipulated, be as stubborn of an ass as you can to live your own life.
Now, of course as it has been some time since that thought and that Tool concert, seemingly years ago, i have grown yet again, and this all makes perfect sense in its-self, that sense may not be rational or easily understood, but it makes sense in that way that it does, at the same time it does not.
Though it is a bit reassuring, because i can't say that i'm neither vulnerable nor confused, as my life lately could be summed up to "chaotic, confused, vulnerability" as i tumble down and down the 'rabbit hole', taking in each moment, each second of this life, this sensation of experience and of BEING, as much as is possible, both the good and the bad, and i take the experience and add it onto the fabric of my own personal Universe.
And i'll have to stop myself here,
Great post, keep it up

Woah!

Nice,

A quote comes to mind after reading your post Gaia,
"Confusion precipitates learning."

Grow with the flow-Timothy leary

:)

so, to learn, you must first be confused
confused enough to question the world and life around you.
and to grow you must be vulnerable, to everything and anything that
you can add on to your own self and your own universe.
"chaotic confused vulnerability, to inform your self"
sounds about right.
What an interestingly beautiful thing it is to be alive

Aloha

Aloha Brother David,
this is Pat, your Hawai'ian brother from the SAME ethereal mother! I would just like to express the deep gratitude I feel for your presence in my life, and the joy I always experience receiving your words of wisdom and to know how much love and mana you are excreting around you. I am eternally stoked on the bliss that is birthing every moment.
Of course we can always look under the rug and observe the negativity and absolute disconnection and destruction of our society and a substantial percentage of the biotic community of Earth, which I believe is necessary in order for truth to be released and transcended. I have come to understand that I must be awake and aware of all processes and actions unfolding inside and around me, for where my attention goes, the energy flows. I choose to feel unlimited bliss and positive communion with Spirit!
Cheers to Blissanomics! May all beings be soaked in etheral mama love vibrations...
SMILE AND SHINE!!!
Aloha nui loa,
Pat :)
