Earth Alliance launches Be The Change Initiative

I recently became involved with a new organization centered around personal change and empowerment, and I thought it might be a good fit for discussion here on evolver and was curious what you all thought about the video, and the program.
I think that the idea of forming action circles + really getting into doing some actions and measuring the results could be a great way not only to build community and get some personal actions done, but as a starting point for larger group actions as well.

We envision a world where men, women and children live together in harmony with nature in a way that is personally meaningful, environmentally sustainable and socially just. Our mission is to create communities which empower people -- individually and collectively -- to support attitudes, values and behaviours which enhance the health and wellbeing of all life on this planet. Our goal is to design and implement community engagement programs in collaboration with other organizations
