Remove the blinders of cultural separation; as Terrance Mckenna said, shed your cultural overcoat and become truly naked. The only way to start understanding your true spiritual nature is to remove all ideals, values, and thoughts that effect the way you perceive reality.

We have been controlled and manipulated for too long through our physical body's means of survival; let it all go, only you can free your mind.

Its all about the one Love. We are all connected, every tiny speck of visible matter. Everything that exists in the spectrum's outside of visible light. Everything flows from the one consciousness and is experienced because of it.

You create your own reality. If you believe society is oppressing you, then it will be. If you believe you are different because of your nationality, then you will be. If you believe that skin color separates us all, then it will. Wash your hands of these thoughts for they separate the one Love. We are all one.

The only thing that exists is the present. Even if you were to travel through time, the only thing that would exist would be the moment you were existing in; the present. Think about this, when you focus your mind on the clock minutes seem like hours, but when time is not present in your mind hours pass in what seems like minutes. This backs up the belief that we make our reality, time doesn't exist unless we focus on it. If time doesn't exist neither do the past or future.

Quiet your mind. Listen to your soul. We are more than carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. We are more than a logical explanation of the left brain. We are more than the highly unlikely random formation of molecules that have evolved into intelligent creatures. There is something inside all of us. There is something that is connecting us across the globe besides wires and satellites. You are trying to communicate with your physical self. Quite your mind. Listen to your soul. The time will come when we have to discern between the reality that is being given to us and what is the actual truth.
