"I think the biggest disease this world suffers from is people feeling unloved. I can give love, I'm very happy to do that and I want to do that." ~Princess Diana~
It seems to me that while there is a Jesus and a Mary and a Gandhi and a Buddha and a bird and a frog and a dog and a cow and a giraffe and an elephant and a lady bug and a squirmy wormie and a bolt of lightning and a tree and a cloud and a rainbow and a radiant mandala of light inside each and every one of us, whether we realize it yet or not, there is also a Princess Diana inside each one of us. Man, Woman and Child, she left no soul untouched and we really can all love one another and hug one another when we need it, or at the very least share a smile with a stranger. A stranger who is only a friend you haven't gotten to know yet.
From what i have read of this remarkable woman...she wasn't a very happy princess at all. In fact, it seems as though she were in constant torment from all sides of her life, yet she kept on truckin' as if nothing could stop her. She always triumphed over the darkness, until the darkness ran her off the road that is, but even in death she triumphs and continues to stand as an icon of strength and light in the darkest of times. If one rather fragile yet undoubtably strong woman can put up with what she put up with and kept on going to find love, real and true love for once, then i think we all can. And we can all love ourselves and each other through her modern times example.
It may seem like a princess or any "royal" person has it made, but in this day and age of media madness and celebrity sickness it's got to be a tough racket. Money and fame and a title mean nothing if there is not real love and caring surrounding it and it seems as tho the "Merry" (pppbbbbbbtttttttt!) House of Windsor provided none of those positive vibrations for her. Only when she left did she seem happy and her true and ultimate radiance began to show, for however short a time it did show.
And a "title" does not entitle you to anything really. Only your actions and the love in your heart and the true light that you radiate from the true god of this world entitles you to the gifts that God would give you. A homeless person is entitled to far more than nearly all members of that family. Of any "royal" family who sits by and does nothing while the rest of the world burns and is bombed and starves and calls for help to deaf ears and hearts. In the end the meek really will inherit the earth and most "royalty" are anything but meek and humble.
I write this because i go to second hand shops for books and lately there have been a score of books on Diana and it seems as tho her work is not quite finished and she would like to be remembered. I realize she is remembered, who could forget, but this is one small thing i can do to keep her powerful light and love shining. Up there is one simple quote of hers that each and every one of us can say each and every day to make life a little better and brighter and our hearts a little stronger.
thank you and many blessings as the days really do continue to get brighter in every way.

I have a confession to make (I'm a bit embarrassed about it)
I can be a bit of a fan and I was a big fan of Princess Diana. TY Diana, wherever you are. Hmmm, that felt good; I'm all warm a gushy inside now. :)
