TO KNOW OR NOT KNOW: THIS IS THE QUESTION

Ever since the movie “The Secret” came out the Masses haven’t stopped talking about MANIFESTING. It’s all the rage! For clarity, the Law of Attraction, is the principle by which manifestation occurs, and it’s the only FORCE in the Universe. Gravity, electro-magnetism, the strong and weak force… are all “epi-phenonoma” of the Law of Attraction, which I want to rename L.O.V.E.—the Law of Vibrational Energy (‘borrowed’ from my friend Cory Herter).

How does it work? Well... UNITY is the resting state of being of ALL THAT IS, which I’ll call THE MIND OF GOD—Infinite potential energy at rest, at peace, in perfect harmony, whole, complete, perfection. When a WILL arises from within the Mind of God for Unity to express itself as something other than United, an ILLUSION of separation takes place. I say ILLUSION because it is not possible for UNITY to be anything else. ONE cannot become TWO because the Mind of God is infinite, and logically, nothing exists outside and separate from the infinite. All is contained within.

Therefore, as the MIND desires to experience DIFFERENCE, an illusion of FINITE separation must occur. I like to think of the example of a blank white canvas. The canvas is ONE whole complete experience, but it holds within it the potential for infinite images. The canvas does not become separated from the painting, distinct images emerge from the within the whiteness as paint is used to block out and shadow the white. This same principle holds true for the creation and experience of our Reality. Illusions created by the imagination and will of the Mind emerge from within the whole that can be experiences as distinct and separate.

As a WILL emerges from within the Mind to experience a finite expression of All that Is, an opposing WILL also emerges that seeks return to the natural state of UNITY. The Law of Attraction or L.O.V.E. is the driving force. It is the sole-soul desire within all of Creation to return HOME, so to speak. As the Mind seeks to experience DIFFERENCE it distorts the TRUTH of UNITY and this distortion, which we call “Creation” or Manifestation, seeks to return to its natural state of balance, peace, rest, ONENESS. This is the basic “push-pull” FORCE of the UNIVERSE I’m calling L.O.V.E. It’s the FORCE or POWER of WILL that pushes apart in order to create, and also pulls everything back together as ONE. These push-pull dynamics are what govern all of the Universe. There’s an ongoing feedback loop where Internal desire creates external ILLUSION for the Internal to experience.

Its not surprising, however, that Humanity is obsessed with manifesting THINGS. There’s nothing inherently wrong with THINGS, except that most people desire STUFF because they believe they’ll be happy when they get it.

I remember when I was kid and someone would ask, “If you could have any wish what would you wish for?” And my answer was always, “Infinite wishes!” This is what I think of when I think of L.O.V.E.--the power for infinite wishes! I don’t want to learn about Vibration so I can manifest a car. I want to manifest infinite ability to manifest! I want to experience myself as a Master Magician. I want to teleport. I want to travel through the Cosmos. I want to walk on water! There’s an old joke: Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you won’t have to listen to his incessant whining about how hungry he is! As such, there is only ONE “thing” I seek to manifest, and that’s WISDOM.

A few years ago, I began waking up and stating this intention: I want to flow creative energy through me, I want my thoughts to feel good, I want to REMEMBER every moment that I’m empowered to create whatever I want, and MOSTLY I want KNOWLEDGE of myself and WISDOM of how the Universe works so that I can MASTER this experience we call LIFE.

The big question, however, is WHAT IS KNOWLEDGE? We’ve been led to believe that “information” is the same as knowledge, but it’s not. You can get a lot information about Burning Man, but without attending, you have NO knowledge of the experience. To KNOW is to EXPERIENCE…anything else is simply speculation. All you have to do is watch FOX news to understand what I mean. You’re getting a lot of information, but what do you really KNOW when its over? All you know is what other people believe to be true. All you’ve experienced is the OPINIONS of OTHERS, so this is all you know.

Perhaps you’ll be surprised when I tell you that most of the information you hold in your head is nothing more than the opinions of others. Have you ever wondered or questioned what it is that you REALLY KNOW? Public School is a system by which we’re force feed the opinions of others. Knowledge is the LAST thing ANY of us got out of school. The government decides what’s important to learn, how to learn it, and what’s acceptable “proof” of learning. Motivated by our fear of failing and being judged or reprimanded by our parents and teachers, we did what we were told. We spent most of our youth learning the opinions of others as “facts” and if we didn’t, we were labelled “stupid” or ADD. It wasn’t all a waste of time. We definitely gained the experience of knowing how NOT to think for ourselves!

Humanity has been raised for centuries like a flock of SHEEP! Since we only know what others tell us is true, we follow the leader and do what were told. The problem isn’t health care, war, money, government, it’s our own IGNORANCE and BLIND willingness to believe other people’s opinions as FACT. KNOWLEDGE is power for a reason. When you KNOW from experience, you don’t feel the need to give your power away to others in fear who promise to protect you from the unknown. Humanities lack of knowledge and ignorance of personal power is the CRUX of our current human condition. The powers that be seek to keep it that way because the second Humanity begins thinking for themselves and gaining Knowledge, control is lost and taken back by the people.

How does one go about discerning Truth from fiction? Knowledge from Information? Well, for starters, there is only one Truth. That TRUTH is Unity. All else is a distortion of Oneness so we can experience diversity. “How do I know this?” you may ask? Because it’s my experience. It’s not my physical, perceptual experience, but my internal one.

Because of the push-pull dynamics of L.O.V.E. (push apart as separate—pull together as ONE), there are TWO WOLRDS available for us to experience. There’s the EXTERNAL world of our perceptions—what we can see, hear, feel, taste, smell. But there’s the other world that we’ve COMPLETELY ignored as a valid arena for gathering information. The internal world of INTUITION.

Our external world, however, is limited by our ability to perceive, and our perceptions are OFTER very deceiving. Our internal world consists of INTUITION, LOGIC, IMAGINATION, and EMOTION. Most importantly, our internal world is also where we remain connected in UNITY. When we experience through perception, we experience the illusion of separation. However, when we experience though internal perception, we recognize only ONENESS. NO ONE ELSE exists within our MINDS. No one else is having our personal experiences. Internally, we are ALONE…and in UNITY.

However, we’ve been lead to believe that the KNOWLEDGE we seek can only be found “out there” somewhere. We look to SCIENCE, we ask friends for advice, we go to Doctor’s (who MUST know more about our bodies than we do!), or we consult psychics. This information is useful. We have MUCH to learn and experience from others, but we can’t IGNORE the TRUTH within ourselves.

As Al Gore says, “The Truth is inconvenient.” Especially when the Truth isn’t your own. Is Global Warming “real” or not? How can anyone even begin to answer that question when they have no idea what TRUTH even is? As long as you rely solely on information derived from others, you’re limited in your ability to know anything.

My own logic and intuition balanced with tons of information from other sources clearly indicates that there is one TRUTH: ALL must be ONE and ONE must be ALL. This is LOVE. How can it be any other way? The Mind of God must also be my MIND. Simple logic points to the impossibility of anything else. Therefore, the answers to every question I can ever imagine must exist within me, as well. Therefore, I never need to look outside of myself for the TRUTH. Therefore, I don’t need to give away my power to others who must know more than me. How could they? Therefore, I’m a sovereign, free-willed expression of LOVE capable of existing in my nature state of being: PEACE.

So, I challenge anyone reading this blog to consider manifesting KNOWLEDGE into your experience. You don’t have to forget about the cars, money, job, or whatever, but consider, as well, the deeper TRUTH of your existence. Why limit yourself by manifesting discrete “Things” when you can manifest the knowing experience of yourself as INFINITE INTELLIGENCE--THE MIND OF GOD. Don’t believe me when I say, “it rocks” experience it for yourself!
