The Energy Is All Around Us

Today at work I took a break from peering at my computer screen and looked out my office window. From the 38th floor of my building in New York City’s Financial District, I can gaze upon the glory of Manhattan, from downtown skyscrapers all the way to the fabled Empire State and Chrysler buildings of Midtown.
Today was different though.
A new perspective presented itself.
I thought about the electromagnetic energy emanating from those buildings, as well as the energy pouring into them. Imagine seeing all the electromagnetism swirling around the metropolis--the e-mails, cell phone calls, radio and television broadcasts, etc., plus the pulsing radiations from common electric appliances--each represented by a different color. It would make the skyline a bit psychedelic, no?
Energy is what it's all about.
Chi, ki, prana, chakra.
The energy is all around us. Look for, and absorb, the good kind.
