You are the light, mind is the prism, the world is your rainbow.-Ash Ruiz

I've been inspired to write.
Many people are very sad about many things that are going on in their lives and on planet earth. Indeed, our world seems to be in a whole lot of trouble, I know many people are worried, and afraid, all the time.

I am hoping to write more, because in time I will be able to write everything that has convinced me that life is constantly perfect and beautiful, no matter what fearful information is given to me, no matter who is in front of me, expecting me to say what, it doesn't matter, and if ever in my life I witness something absolutely horrifying, grotesque or traumatic, i'll be absolutely ok and ready to move on. All fear and pain is created in the mind. This is what I've discovered about the nature of thoughts:

We all share a collection of thoughts. Thought quality will vary depending on individual vibrational frequency of a given person. We are not our thoughts. Similar to how a radio is not the music it is playing. Our frequency depends on many factors: our environment, our habits, our actions, and our thoughts. The higher your frequency, the easier life will seem for you, you will be tuned into a station which cuts the crap and shows you the path with all it's rhythms. You will understand how to flow with the current of the rhythms. You will notice synchronicities and realize that the only thing that has ever stopped you from tuning into the full pleasures of life was your mind. Without it, you would just be in the Now time, the present moment, where nothing is nearly as bad as you ever feared it, and you have the free will to get up and go somewhere else or learn something or keep yourself busy. You do not have to be thinking! Your mind operates only in the past and in the future; it is only concerned with what had already happened, and what to do to get to happiness in the future. The mind was a human tool for survival. Its job is to come up with a problem and then a solution, which can of course come in handy. However, we do not need this "what to do, fix this, because then i can be happy" Your mind will always come up with something, so now you're on this perpetual quest for happiness....

Happiness is a way of travel, not a destination. Far too many people are completely unaware that we can stop our thoughts at free will. It is a matter of focusing on the present moment: focusing on your senses. Try your best to focus not just on what exactly you see, but what exactly you hear. breathe deeply, hear the sound of your breath along with the noise of your surroundings. Feel your body, smell the air. Be present. It usually only takes focus on 2 senses to stop thought flow entirely. Thoughts will always eventually reappear. Observe them. Question them.

We only suffer in reality because we believe thoughts that arise within us: a fear about something that might happen, because of something that might have already happened. If we didn’t believe any of our thoughts, experiences would just happen and we wouldn’t suffer as a result of them. I begin to notice a pattern: I’m right here where everything is just fine, all of the sudden the mind thinks up a problem and then the mind gets on the task of solving the problem it just thought up.

You might find that life is heavenly when you quiet your mind, or question your thoughts, rather than believing them.

You will start tuning into higher quality, positive thoughts that are motivating, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. When you are sitting quietly and your mind comes up with a hundred things you should do, notice it and silence it: You will do those things come that time, When it is quiet time, visualize what you want in your life, feel the emotion you would feel if you already had it.

Apply some or all of this information and your life will change.
I love all of you
