My Corporate Life:
Since my early 20's I've built several companies as both founder and CEO, some reaching more than $100M and going public, mostly in tech. I also founded a media company dedicated to empowering women in home improvement, which landed me as a recurring guest expert on national TV such as The Today Show, CNN, Fox Morning Show, etc. and I have been featured in magazines such as People, TIME, Inc., Entrepreneur, Glamour, and others. I am also a published author via Random House, and co-hosted a home makeover video/TV series on MSN.

My Design Life
As part of my TV days doing "makeover" home design and renovations, I am also a certified Interior Designer, working on both commercial projects and residential estates. While I strive to make beautiful spaces, I first always bring energy healing to the land and home, bringing into alignment the energies of the people who live and/or work on that piece of earth. I use both Reiki and Shamanic energy practices, which I have found are as useful for healing homes as they are on people.

My Spiritual Life
My "corporate" career had been fun at times but never fulfilling, my soul was hurting. Money certainly did not bring happiness. As a young woman I also had many wounds to heal from childhood & teen traumas, and I eventually came to find my path in energy medicine.

I have since focused on my own evolution and growth, healing all past wounds, and have moved in to a beautiful place of connectedness in my life of living with an open heart and a complete, pure soul (to the best of my abilities). Although getting my Reiki Master training over a period of several years was a step, I found my true calling in Shamanism.

I have been involved in intensive training from various master teachers including the jungle Shamans of the Amazon, plant medicines, the high mountain Shamans of the Q'ero (Peru), western Shamanic teachers and on-going workshops, as well as through Dr Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds light body school. To my surprise - and delight! - I have come to learn and develop the gifts I have to help others: my specialty is in journeying, vision, opening the heart and healing past wounds.

Ultimately my mission is to help people release themselves from their own suffering and live with an open heart, deeply connected to earth. I believe the more connected we all become, the greater capacity for our entire race to evolve.
