I live in Greater Golden Hill, a neighborhood in San Diego, California. A developer, in its capacity as a "consultant" to the City of San Diego, is attempting to divide and conquer our neighborhood. Three charettes were held in the past few months. These were led by the developer. The first one seemed very official.
