What I'm Reading

Today, "The Gift of Fear," which is pretty good, and "The Politics of Social Ecology," which is quite disappointing. I have an idea of what social anarchism might be (start with Jane Jacobs' books - all of them, and add Paul Goodman and Dave MacReynolds) and this ain't it.

What I'm Listening To

Just heard Larry Harvey's idea of gift economies and it's better than I thought it might be. (This year look for the hummer conclave - it's a kazoo chorus.)
