This is the second in a series of articles from Christian Kohl about the role of a conscious observer in the quantum world.

This time the quantum measurement problem is demonstrated within the framework of the infamous double-slit experiment. Electrons behave as particles or waves depending on how you look thus indicating a deeper relationship between the observer and the observed system.
