This information is not new we have heard it all before, the time is NOW.

Jim Starry's “Starrport” will save up to 2 million gallons of fuel p/day, 1,000-2,000 gallons per flight, per airport.

The Starrport is built on 1/3 the land then current airport designs, and built at half the price.

Many built in efficiencies reduce operation costs, including the Starrport's ability to melt
ice and snow naturally by its design.

For a 1,000 mile flight, 50% of the fuel is currently used in landing de-acceleration, terminal shuttle, and re-acceleration for take off for both arrival and departure.

In 1964 Jim Starry worked as a scientist at NCAR with the renowned Dr. Walter Roberts, in conjunction with the Russians, we created the “GHOST” (Global Horizontal Positioning System) system. Having floated these balloons around the world 13 ½ times in 2 months, it became obvious that on a planet the size of the Earth “over there” was no longer applicable. It takes less than a week for your air to go around the world and back to you. Under the enclosed positions, we together can design the 2,000 current U.S. Airport expansions in a manner that will accomplish 4 things.

1) Reduce U.S. Aircraft emissions on the ground and in the air so dramatically that U.S. Cancer could drop 30-50 %

Doubt this? Check www.areco.org and look up “EPA Cancer Study for Minneapolis Airport”.

2)Will make 9,000-11,000 jobs in 2000 U.S. Cities creating a new economy for America.

3) America at work will forget to be at war, and will demonstrate a new dollar value which is depicted by “Consciousness is the new currency.”

4)The most important point is the opportunity for your decision as an individual to pioneer new leadership for the future, Now.

Martin Luther King once stated “Silence is the lie which feeds injustice.”

David Snyder, World Speaker and Futurist recently stated that aviation and airport losses the last 3 years totaled $53 Billion. This is the result of 1942 FAA designs.

At 8 PM wind directed runways at O'Hare have 320 circling aircraft attempting to land on the same runway. At O'Hare, after 4 years of working in constant alignment with Mike McMillan (Midwestern Director of the FAA for 26 years) and Richard Kula, (head of the EPA) we now have 4 simultaneous landing runways operational.

When does an aircraft become a vehicle?

When it touches down on a wide concave runway to de-accelerate by going up hill, ending on top of the terminal eliminating 1,000 gallons of thrust reversal fuel waste. Along with saving over 500 gallons fuel waste in the 2 miles from terminal to departure, or arrival. The plane then takes off on an equal and opposite down grade saving 2,000 gallons of fuel per flight. That is 2 million gallons at D.I.A. daily, which I helped design for 8 years, to help it to become the first airport using part of the StarrPort design. The only reason this design is not in full use at the moment, is current municipal airports get $.84 p/gallon fuel tax, not knowing that they are taxing the Environment along with putting people's health at risk, which we know now can be prevented.

We look forward to stepping forward, with you, into a clean and promising future. Thanks for taking the time to learn how one decision can improve our lives, as well as improve the World which all of our children will inherit.

Please forward this in email format to the News, Politicians and Media in your local area, so that those who are working with the airport expansions see what is waiting in the wing.
