Happy Is Sexy

It's true. Happy is sexy. We all know it, so we spend tons of energy trying to be it. Happy. Sexy.
Alas, the project of conveying happy and sexy when we feel neither is futile. Sexy can come from other places within us, and it is not something we feel is vital wen we are happy. Paradox? Of course! The Universe is full of them!!! The true path to feeling happy, sexy, or both, is through our emotions. Our emotional system contains everything we ever need in order to live lives of radiance and bliss; direct guidance from out Higher Selves. When we open up to ourselves lovingly and go within, notice, honor, and interpret the spiritual messages of our emotions, whatever they may be, we empower ourselves with a kind of happiness that is deep, unshakable, irreplaceable, and dead sexy.
It's a matter of embracing our true feelings, allowing our thoughts to be informed by our feelings, and our actions to be informed by our thoughts. Every emotion is a sacred message from our Spirit, waiting to be read. When we listen to these messages, we open the channel to the infinite good that is the truth of the Universe. When we adapt this approach, we grant ourselves the power to see every feeling as an opportunity to alchemically transform the message into an action that leads to a manifestation of the intent of our Spirit. How beautiful is that??!! Furthermore, this is the "how" of the Alchemical transformation we undergo through lifetimes as spiritual beings in this sensory physical Earth school program in which we are all enrolled.
"As above, so below". Through lifetimes we undergo this transformation of lead energy into gold energy. We must learn to be aware and present for the process, feel our feelings, listen to each little message, and allow them to direct our outward manifestations in physical form. As we follow our feelings, listen to the messages of our Spirits, we transform into more pure, more attuned energetic entities.
This knowing is the most powerful knowing we can have, for it exposes the Divine Manual within us! What could be more joyful, jovial, and abundant than this? See? This is happy. This is all things. This is sexy, lovely, divine, gorgeous, prosperous, pure, gentle, kind, astounding!
Bring your focus to the inside and discover the magnificence there. Happiness, sexiness, and whatever else your heart desires will come to you, for you will know that you are the embodiment of each of them!

In adolescence lots of
In adolescence lots of people choose to see sadness or angst as sexy, as a reaction against the "popular kids" who are happy being the way they are. That shadow attitude carries over into adulthood sometimes, and thats why realizing things like this are good.
Truth!
In the past month I've stopped fighting my spirit, my fear to express, my fear of the internal infinite bliss of just being who I am and doing what I need to do to externally clarify myself to myself. And since then, I feel like i'm flying on the winds of life/god/the universe/love. It is grand. =]
You have such excellent
You have such excellent timing, Ginnie! Everything you write about seems in sync with knowledge I'm trying to attain, moment by moment. Always a pleasure to read your insights, you're so sweet!
Few things compare to when a smile breaks through my face, without warning. That's when I feel at my sexiest.
Well, that or when I laugh uncontrollably. When that happens, I can feel both happiness and sadness at the same time. A good laugh is on the same wavelength as a good cry -- for me anyways. And sometimes they become one... whether I started crying or laughing first stops to matter... and that's when they become equal with Bliss for me, when there's really no dividing line, neither is good nor bad because they coexist... and I have the tears and the laughter simultaneously to (physically) prove it! Love when that happens
