About Me

Bio

Survivor of the 'road of addiction' (I used alcohol daily, & crack too often...) and I only hit my wall (actually a car hit me while I was a cyclist) and landed me in hospital. (First sobriety in 5 years!, the accident was 11 years ago) I cleaned up then, and had to learn how to deal with what was underneath the carpet. So I spent a few years volunteering at various retreat centres: one for the long-term therapy of being in a healing arts community; another, a meditation centre, for the intense practice; and a yoga centre too. Now I'm settled in Vancouver for a Psychotherapy Training course that's turning everything up a notch on my personal evolution and realignment.
