This is odd. Some people don’t see anything amiss with the company and petition the company to do more, often protesting those CEOs who don’t tell them what to do best. What’s really a mind bender is the employees (er, people) start taking seriously the distractions prescribed to them in the form of sports, television programs (reality shows. Now, there’s a real mind bender for you. You sit in your house among what you know as your real things, with your real family [please for sake of example], and watch on the real television a show about reality. You watch a show about your life, you watch your life, rather than participate in it? Odd, isn’t it?), and the like, and start using them as motivations and basis to protest (loudly, and via sign. Here’s another mind bender. Why signs with words written on them to demonstrate protest? And yet, demand their voices to be heard? Odd, isn’t it?) their dissatisfaction with the company. Why would the company pay any attention to the “validity” or “morals” of the distractions they not only gave them, but also created?! This is something the employees (er, people) never seem to comprehend. I try to understand them, I really do, but they tend to want to annihilate me in return. They are so inebriated on the company’s moonshine that they’ll have nothing else. And they’ll drink it unto death because to them “That’s life.” For what does that mean for anyone who disagrees with their definition of life?

However, no illusion is very strong without a Borg of believers, and the CEOs of the company know this. The employees have the blessing of their god and the backing of the company plus the intrinsic validity of their faith in the former and latter. Why should they change? Their minds are triangulated; their illusion is concrete, more tensile strength than titanium. NASA would be jealous (and the company knows this). What reformation is possible, or even smart, with a belief so deeply embedded? If you have an answer to that, let the rest of us know. As I said, I don’t know anything; I’m too stupid. In any case, apparently the employees need everyone to work for the company, as, otherwise, they’ll have to take a little time and think about their state of existence, and who wants to do that? I just want to have fun and I can’t have fun unless you’re ignorant. I would start talking about hope, but what hope could there be for a population that was more interested in vuvuzelas than the bp oil spill?

But what do I know? If you were paying attention, apparently nothing. I’m stupid, remember? Don’t believe anything I say, I lack the certification, the license, registration, permit, illustrious letters following my name, policy, standards, etc., etc., etc., to authorize truth to my words. If you want truth and certainty seek out a lettered scholar. I just want to Be, so I can continue walking around seeing what I can see.

Odd, isn’t it?
