Just noticed how stressed out I get when I scan political and news sites to figure out what is going on , it seems overwhelming and incapacitating. I do not wish to be an un-informed citizen however how to absorb so much politics and media that have little bearing on my personal life will always be a challenge for me. Especially since to be really informed is to be bombarded with negativity these days

INTENT...

..ION is to create tension

It is the intention of those who control the main stream media is to garner the response you have shown to what is being broadcast. To keep the general population in a constant state of `fear' and apprehension to what `looms' just around the corner.

Our entire culture is premised on building fear and fright within us to hold us captive to `their' solutions.

From the time of being a child a state of fear is bred into us by suggestion to be afraid of what lurks under the bed through to adulthood, being afraid of terrorists who just might blow up the subway train you are on, etc., etc.

To know your enemy is to defeat your enemy - overcome this fear by knowing that most of what is being told to us either is an elaborate hoax or greatly over blown. Now having said that - if you are living in places like Afghanistan. Gaza, Pakistan, and like places in the world - well the state of `fear' is quite REAL. But in these parts of the world as witnessed by the Real news broadcasts - this `fear' is utilized to give `strength' to their movements not to cower in subjugation.
