This is my Artist Bio:

James W Jesso is an enigmatic writer whose work is an investigation into the existential nature of self-reflective consciousness and an attempt to bring back lessons and ideas from the trans-linguistic realms of deep inner space. He hopes to shake the minds of the people with his ideas and ripple cognitive dissonance through the indoctrinated stupefaction of the western thought prison; expanding the conceptual framework we build reality upon.

Born into a Christian home of divided denominational values and a childhood illness that welcomed frequent hospital visits with comforting hands met only through plastic sheets, he has developed a sense of curiosity for the mind that drives his investigation into the nature of transcendent awareness, consciousness and psycho-spiritual evolution.

James loves to hear his voice out of a P.A. system and has done live performances of poetry and prose at various shows in his home location, Calgary, Alberta. Working with Evolver Calgary and the Zeitgeist Movement, he also facilitates workshops, guided meditation and lectures on social energetics, spiritual philosophy and most recently, brainwave entrainment and meditation technology.

While constantly adding to his website’s content and being in the planning phase of a documentary film on inner journeys, he is currently writing his first full length book on the psychological and spiritual significance of solitary psilocybin sessions.
