Over the past couple of months I have increased the amount of devotion towards the disciplines of Yoga and Contact Juggling. Noticing the counterbalancing of the two diametrically opposed disciplines, within their many differences exist paralleled similarities. Anything requiring intention and focus can heighten the vibrations of a being, each with their own specific strengths and weaknesses. Contact Juggling has the potential to become a wonderful library of applications for spiritual development and instigating proper mental progression. I envision these two disciplines, one from antiquity, another from the innovation of modernity, being what one day takes away my earthly cares, desires and unnecessary habits.

Since the death of several people close to me I have searched for subjective means to fill the voids, such as writing, drawing, dancing, and contemplating. I went from misunderstanding death, to permeating it and revealing its beauty hidden by our fears of the knowingly unknown. The Buddhist proverb "Before Zen mountains are mountains and rivers are rivers, during zen mountains no longer mountains, rivers no longer rivers, after zen mountains are mountains and rivers are rivers again." This to me describes my circumscription of what the unreal is and how it intermingles with the real, once I found these esoteric ideas in more detailed context everything began to converge. My cryptic, seemingly psychotic diagrams began to take on a new shape of coherence. Once nonsense made sense I was left to wander again in the ocean of this unreality I am a part of with the rest of us.

Indulging in the pleasures of physical existence can be healthy or unhealthy, I do a little of both so I can properly understand the emotions that perpetuate these habits of enjoyment. Suddenly I discovered Yoga after years of neglecting it, after I had already begun the self mastery of Contact Juggling. Yoga was the first progressively contained discipline I had ever experienced and it was wonderful. I could feel the results after the first day and have been attending more and more classes since, inspired by the results. Yoga to me represents a perpetual engine of the heart rhythm within life. The Yogi's utilize their body to shape themselves into the key that unlocks them from the shackled vessel of physical existence. Through a carefree body, I am learning quickly that a liberated mind follows close behind. My contact juggling began to improve from practice and yogic discipline.

Contact Juggling is a relatively new discipline, starting from what we understand was the 80's. I could see it as being a very ancient discipline though considering the novelty it possesses. I began to realize the spiritual place that contact juggling holds, within the aspects of the form, proper concentration and physical discipline. It is inherently stimulating to the minds eye because it is the art of creating illusion. Whether the illusion is weightlessness or unrealistic kinetic transitions, the object of contact juggling is a trompe l'oeil, or "fooling the eye" into believing that something that is not there is. This to me is the most astounding aspect of CJ'ing because by creating illusion within illusion one is doing the "great work" of precipitating the wonders of life through the creation of illusion. Yoga integrates with the physical veil to improve the body and mind. CJ'ing represents the creative aspect of discipline, through focus one can achieve the ability to make this reality seem more similar to the vast magic trick that is the physical plane.

Yoga can be self taught, but more often than not the art is passed down from generation to generation through teachers and students. Contact juggling is too new to have gained the "guru" status that it might one day attain. Though within the discipline of contact juggling I see potential for beautiful spiritually cleansing habits and proper mental reasoning. Discipline is the secret to achievement, this time period lacks collective discipline, but the mass is growing steadily to revolutionize discipline and reason. I plan to analyze and interpret the insights I have from contact juggling and compile it into a philosophical teaching of some kind. Just another well lit path for wandering souls to embark on if they so please. I feel obligated to say on the record that yoga is inseparable from the progress of rebuilding "Solomon's Temple" and the returning Christ consciousness. Our bodies are catalysts for our mind to experience the beauty of living and the wonder of dying, yoga for me represents laying the bricks that build the pyramid of ourselves. Yoga and the countless other disciplines humanity has created are often overlooked. Notches in the key that opens the door revealing answers to the mysteries.

I can feel it now, a second flood is upon us but we will drown in the unseen light. With the breathe of love in our words we can change the world once more.

Namaste
