Hi, I heard about this website through Daniel Pinchbeck & through my visits at Occupy Wall St in NYC. I've shared many of the same sentiments of the occupiers since a child [really!], but was unable to articulate my beliefs and/or grievances and never really believed I could change anything I was discontent with. Well, that time is over. I'm married to a great guy & we have an awesome, loving cat that truly brightens up my days & has taught me that I am apart of nature, not a ruler of it. I am looking to drop out of this system that is quickly collapsing & live closer to the earth. I would like to meet like minded people & see if we might be able to help each other. We would like the opportunity to work someone's land & live off of it. Grow vegetables, take care of farm animals, and live generally self reliant & sustainable. The current financial system in place, seems to be making this transition unreasonably difficult & we do not want to wait until it all hits the fan to begin to prepare. If this sounds like something up your alley, message me. Let's dialogue about how we can make this world better...because it IS possible.

Skills and talents

i love re-purposing found items, making earrings, & record bowls. i used tell myself i could never be an artist, but i'm realizing that my voice is more important than any label. i also studied landscape design & maintenance in high school.
