Perceptual Revolution
by Sharon Gannon in SEMIOTEXT[E] USA
All forms of expression have become displays. Actual experience in the moment is hardly allowed in the capitalist state. Dis-play means NO-play, and it implies the stoppage of movement. Nouns once again dominate. How are our consciousnesses formed?

The pleasure principal is instrumental in the manipulation of consciousness development at its earliest stages. A child is rewarded for its abilities to respond to certain specific stimuli. The controlling force of the adult world coerces and molds the desires and needs of the new member, hoping for an educated, WORKING member of the society, who will carry on the work begun by the adults.

Visual perception, and the ability to differentiate one thing from another is first on the agenda of perceptual development. Mamma, Dada, finger, foot, kitty, bottle.... and so it goes. And the new one is rewarded for each separation they make. This educational process, this reduction into objects of all, that is the first education. Usually any attempt by any adult member to activate other perceptions...like how those separated pieces work together and transform, yes loose one form for another, is kept from the young mind until "it is ready" to grasp the ideas. The concept of reality as changeable might be too frightening a truth to permit the "young" mind to wrestle with. Not until they are fully indoctrinated into the grips of reification are they allowed glimpses into the processes of life. And then usuallly they have developed within themselves a heavy-booted troop of mind police which will keep them as viewers as observers. For the ultimate validation of reality is dependent (or so they have learned) on its solidification on the description of its form, on its measurability, its existence within a specific linear time mode. Life is a moving flux of processes. Capitalism relies on the denial of this and an adherance to the separate descriptions and fixed-framed representations of this process. What is real or the realness of something is dependent on how well it can be described (measured, put into a frame-work of time).

Language dominates as the preferred method of communication. The left-hemisphere of the brain dominates the right.

I am calling for time into space.

Only as a band of armed poets are we to
overcome every day fascism.

LOVE THE WAY YOU BROKE THAT DOWN TO THE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS!
Its funny I wrote a comment to Odd Edge's very long blog Manifesto, where I talked about left hemisphere over kill, and the educational programing system too.
a little 11:11 going on! check it out tell me what you think
P.S. Get ready to scroll to the bottom of a long page I'm the last comment on there.
Peace and love!

A new language of love awaits...

Einstein cautions us about trying to solve old problems with old mindsets. Often we experience diatribes peeking into the disfunction of modern society. Mankind can never experience a sense of tranquility as evolution leaves the soul in an eternal state of flux. We know there is more, we yearn for the next step to appear.
The evolutionary brain is tied directly to it's ability to relay information. Language has always been the spring which expands and recoils as we load more connective software. I wonder what early Homo Sapien thought about the development of left hemisphere domination over the R complex rule enjoyed by Cro Magnon man. As we speak new software is being downloaded onto the hard drive of Homo Sapien, what will Homo Luminous think of this transition to right hemisphere domination?
Is is a valid assesment to pin the integration of software to the wiles of society? Can we suggest separation as a funcion of capitalism or is it more accurate to invert the relationship? I submit that the foilbles of society are simply a mirror of our consciousness or lack thereof. As we tresspass through evolutionary change we find language as the primary vehicle of expression. We can never fall into the trap of perceiving right vrs wrong or good vrs bad, there is only the perfect eternal moment of NOW. Socitey forms matter and reality around the conscious collective. How ironic it is then the same collective express disdain as they comment on the shit they manifested. Is it really shit? No, our joyous amusement park ride is perfection personified. Each moment brings to the individual soul the absolute essence of what was needed. The man who takes the life of a brother is equally sacred to the slain brother, victim and perpetrator dance together in love.
We lament over so much pain and suffering, we ask ourselves why? The real tragedy is not the act, it is the inability to see the beauty and love in every manifest and unmanifest expression. Namaste, we say when we see the God in others, often just after we pass judgment on our brother. Hypocracy lies like dust in the hearts of mankind when we fail to realise the love and beauty of ONENESS . Who are we to rue the perfection of God? Is it not our perception which requires review? There is nothing to overcome, maya like tranquility is love.

Namaste, my brother and sister Jon and Chelsea, fear to love finds truth.
