Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona is one of my biggest inspirations in the healing world. I took a workshop with Lewis (as he is called by his students) at Kripalu (a yoga center in Massachusettes). Lewis is a half-Cherokee MD who has a very unique view of how healing happens; he believes that healing happens in the stories we have about our health and our potential healing.
