Bio

Born in Newfoundland, grew up in Ontario in or near Ottawa. Spend a lot of time on wellness issues, as this is something I have struggles with; did music throughout high school. Became interested in the environment and volunteering, which led to learning more about politics, and social justice issues and even civil disobedience and non-violent direct action. And conflict resolution. and consensus decision making etc. well a lot off things.

My zombie plan is to help create self-sufficient sustainable communities (like ecovillages) which are shared in a fair way (like co-ops), potentially networking small business and local economy in a way which creates (elevates relationship to) interdependence through synergy, mutual respect, mindfulness, etc

I set this intention:
to love myself;
to stay in Truth;
to fight with Love.

I want to stop human trafficking and sexual slavery; child soldiers and victims of conflict etc is one place I would like to make this change. In my own practice, I wish to be with men who are willing to face how we have been part of the problem in these things, and by accepting responsibility for these things, and accepting the challenge to grow stronger and be spiritual warriors to serve those we love and our communities, to fight the demons in ourselves where we find them, so we can teach each other, especially our lost brothers, a different idea of what a man can be, which is not simply clinging to material power to hide from insecurity and fear, but embracing courage of spirit to face our own fears, so out of insight we can fashion weapons of wisdom to defeat this age old foe, that keeps people in dependent, rather than interdependent relationships: embracing our true power, we will learn where our true enemies lie - seeing beyond a face into the being, with real needs, and attacking the bad habit energies while nurturing the spirits and souls of those boys still in men's bodies, who are waiting for real mentors and teachers to show them the way out of their self-created suffering, into authentic being. I will exist dynamically as both teacher, and student; in my own soveriegnty and truth, while respecting those same in others.
