Seestück (bewölkt)

In a recent discussion with a colleague I brought up the opinion that artists, good artists, are farmers -- planting seeds of inspiration, awareness, beauty, appreciation, etc. This seems like a partial metaphor. Do we have responsibility for the content our work once we release it from the studio?

Quick While Still

Sitting mediation this morning, my mind bounced around like a Rabbid in a Wii-mote in the hands of an over zealous 25 year old with a penchant for gross/evil cute things.

Mushroom Kingdom

Radiating light. Edges. Undulating waves of light. A threshold.
A figure moves through a doorway. It's a Toad. Mushroom hat spots. Lit still, the doorway slowly fades as he walks out of mind-frame.
Waves and waves of deep indigo fluid. A faint mist.
It's then that I came back to the breat, thanked my visitor, and he smiled.

ghosts

A ghost has been defined as the disembodied spirit or soul of a deceased person, although in popular usage the term refers only to the apparition of such a person. Often described as immaterial and partly transparent, ghosts are reported to haunt particular locations or people that they were associated with in life or at time of death.

Star Thief

Sat for 20 minutes. Thoughts: more paintings, bigger paintings, why so much attention to external energies/people, why worrying, tired, worth being tired, breathing. Space, travel. Money. Will there be enough? Doubt.

For a short while my thoughts were light and the sensation of my hands passing through my legs occurred. Was able to come back via the breath.
