Darkest Before the Dawn

It's probably just the end of winter, but today I feel so hopeful and nostalgic for what's to come. Does that make any sense? Can one be nostalgic for the future?

Lately on this site there's been so much talk of money and logistics, planning ahead. It has to happen, but it often feels so harsh to me. And I do have $5.00, by the way.

Overcoming Anger

I lived the last decades of my life furious, angry at injustice, and that anger gave me power. I'm not ashamed of it, and I enjoyed it. A lot. I am not offended by your anger, and if you have it, it may be serving a purpose. Anger at injustice can fuel one to head in the right direction.

The Future of You...Calling Me

Evolvers,

The time has come that I feel the need to define what I'm doing here. Part of me is here to grow, and learn, evolve....all things many of you have heard me say in blogs, as I've been on this site for about a year now.

The other part of me feels called to begin this something, the thing I have come here seeking, to help us through what may change in the new world.

The Lesson of the Great Orange Spider

One evening last fall I was standing outside my back door with my friend Roger. He started to say something and as he was speaking, I noticed an enormous garden spider hanging above him in the dark. It was an abnormal peachy-orange color whereas usually around here they are yellow and green. “Whoa there, Roger. Don't move,” I said.

The Way and The Word - Megastyle.

The Way is a precursor of the Word. The Way cannot be named, or adequately described, because it came before the words. There's no precursor to the word "Word" in its original form. It can't be done. Therein lies the irony of existence. It is "The Way".
