I've been watching what I do, whenever possible. I think I'm going crazy, so I have to be careful, not to get too, well..., crazy. I'm not handling stress well. I'm not taking steps to make it better. I'm feeling helpless, not knowing whether there really IS anything I can do to make it better.

What hat?

I saw a picture of this zombie ant with a little tiny mushroom hat. Only it wasn't really a hat. It was a mushroom growing out of the brain of this poor unsuspecting ant whose very existance was being remote controlled by a fungus attached to its brain. This picture disturbed me for a number of reasons. It was an exquistely lit and incredibly sharp photomicrograph with bright colors.
