About Me

Bio

i was born in middle america and spent half time in the city and half time on the farm. being outside and inside with my imagination and the imaginations of my family and friends. we told and wrote stores, cycled through neighborhoods, hiked through forest, played drama skits, and drew everything we saw and experienced. these relationships helped fuse my continuing understanding of myself with a hope to understand more about the outside world: trees, streams, smiles, friends, enemies, and grass taught me and still do.

times spent on various farms are some of my most vivid remembrances, and even now i'm usually happiest back on the farm. i continue to be very interested in sustainable living, organic and natural farming, and hope to be learning on the farm once again soon and continue this learning and experience into my future plans.

for now, i live in hanoi, vietnam teaching, volunteering, performing, and making music, art, and craft. my experiences here have humbled, taught, and changed me completely, yet somehow made me more myself than ever before.

i am specifically interested in exploring performance as a method of cultivating awareness, healing, communication, and cross-cultural understanding.

plans as of now are to continue traveling, teaching, learning, farming, performing, and continuing as best i can to love, be honest with myself and others, and to cultivate compassionate while living this wonderfully weird dream.
