Bio

Born in a trailer in the middle of nowhere to a young chiropractor and a sweet italian mama, I came into this world in pain and poverty. I never liked being told what to do so I did most things I wasn't supposed to. This journey has taken me from the trailer park to the Himalayas with pit stops in lavish mansions and unlivable places. Ashtanga yoga combined with lots of travel, discourse and reading has awakened me to the ALL IS ONE consciousness which is no longer an idea but a visceral real time experience.

Skills and talents

Yoga asana, meditation, teaching, simplifying complex concepts and communication. I used to be real good at kickin' ass. Now I practice ahimsa (non harming).
