Largest oil spill ever recorded in china?

There has been so much talk about the BP oil spill off of the coast that i was a little surprised when I ran across this article saying that not only is there another oil spill but it is the largest ever recorded, 165 square miles in the Yellow Sea.
I found the article on yahoo's front page and have not checked for any other sources so far. So it now seems that the US and China have huge amounts of oil floating around the sea and ocean that surrounds them. In this article they say China's clean up effort is little more the grass mats and "chopsticks".
