I always liked Nassim, I am familiar with him to a minimal degree. Do you know where I can look to find the actual write up on this, the evidence? Or is it all on goldenmean? I guess I could go look for myself lol.

I like how science and intution is slowly beginning to meld together. Even if there is a certian ammount of resistance in the process. But friction is always necessary in any sort of meaningful reaction right lol.

DAN WINTER'S FALSE CLAIMS ON NEUROGEM DEVELOPMENT
On his website (goldenmean dot info/gravityislove) Dan Winter posted [quote]: "Then we discovered (with Korotkov's help- then I implemented in my BLISSTUNER invention - which is now being stolen from me by FvdB) that the moment of peak perception- bliss - enlightenment- was defined by Golden Ratio in brainwaves (goldenmean dot info/clinicalintro - EEG power spectra for golden ratio - I pioneered the measurement of bliss /enlightenment - with my BlissTuner invention - now unethically stolen by FvdB)" [end quote].

Even though this is pretty much a frontal attack, considering Dan Winter's reputation when it comes to intellectual property, it would hardly add anything worthwile to comment, but it may be illustrative for those interested in the actual story line and backgrounds (especially who are using it in their practice..).

Dan is obviously referring to the NeuroGem, developed by myself. His use of the phrase "unethically stolen" suggest that in his view there exists also such a thing as "ethical stealing".. Here is why his claim is not just a lie, not a double or tripple one but at least a quadruple one.

First of all, even someone with no more academic background than Dan Winter himself (let's say the average high school kid) can see right away that the NeuroGem is based on an entirely different principle and other premisses than the primitive "BlissTuner" module which he claims was completely his invention. For Dan, to give any credibility to his claim that he is the inventor of the NeuroGem, he should be able to:

* Produce the geometrically parametrized DFFT (Discrete Fast Fourier Transform) formula which does the instantaneous full-spectrum, full harmonic (i.e. scanning all harmonic ratio's) EEG analysis (i.e. not only "Phi"..) plus its algorithmic implementation;
* Produce the algorithms to translate the result into a practical useable graph;
* Produce the verifyable mathematical, numerical and empirical evidence of general wave coherence (likewise, not just "Phi" based);
* Produce evidence that the general theory underlying coherent psycho-physiological related to peak experience (bliss, cognitive clarity) states is his.

No need to mention: he cannot produce anything of this whatsoever.

The "BlissTuner" Dan is referring to, was actually an experimental module in the "old" HeartTuner. To begin with, there is no such thing as "we discovered, with Korotkov's help..". Prof. Korotkov all by himself used a form of Golden Mean (Phi) based EEG training in his project "World without blindness" (www.korotkov.org) which he claims enabled blind children to (empathically or telepathically) "see" random pictures on a computer screen. Dan talked with Korotkov about it and he or they got the idea that it could also be possible to actually measure "Phi" in the brain. And that is about where Dan's contribution ends. Dan forgets to mention that, whereas we had (indirectly) been measuring "Phi" in the heart for many years, and everyone will see the obvious here, the thought had long settled that Phi ratio recursiveness may be generally relevant in psycho-physiology, and especially the biophysics of peak experience, and thus of course, in the brain.

"BlissTuner" module and NeuroGem - clearly lightyears apart, the BlissTuner never demonstrated sustained geometric coherence, as shown in one single NeuroGem session above. The most compelling feature of the NeuroGem is that it proved that the brain is able to maintain the same
geometric state, while still notoriously switching frequencies. Indeed, like music. This amazing feat was never discovered in neuroscience.

Essentially, Dan's whole "invention" exists therein, that he had talked about it with someone, Dr. Korotkov, who already experimented with it in some form. Let's give Dan the credit, that this may have extra encouraged a concrete next step. Korotkov never told Dan how he actually used Phi in his experiments, and for the rest Dan had no idea whatsoever.

The next step was developing a useable format to work with. Dan himself suggested at one point to look at a single Phi ratio occurrence between spectrum peaks in the alpha and beta range. However this is not geometric recurrence, and is therefore not a true measure of coherence. It also ignores the entire rest of the EEG spectrum. Also Dan did not implement anything. The actual design and implementation of the "BlissTuner" module including the biofeedback option was entirely mine.

Realising the rudimental, and in fact inadequate format, I set out to develop a full-spectrum, full-harmonic solution. In other words, the approach here is not: "let's look for Phi in the brain" (i.e. "modus ponens") but "let's geometrically analyse the brain" and see what comes out ("modus tollens"). Moreover, the entire theoretical and mathematical background is based on my own research, discoveries and papers, not on any of Dan Winter (obvious enough, because there are none..). This specifically includes first ever numerical proof of Phi (and octave and other..) ratio coherence in heterodyne synthesis ("Fractal Synth", free downloadable app.) and first ever "reverse-engineering" of Golden Mean ratio in optimized heterodyne synthesis (peer reviewed paper). Further general compelling and verifyable evidence of geometrization in biophysics is found in my own discoveries of the geometric origin of color perception, and recently also that of sound.

The broader bio-physics and in fact cosmological background is also not accredited to Dan Winter, but entirely based on P.R. Sarkars contemporary microvita theory, especially microvita cosmology 1). This alone provides the full fledged context of wave-coherence related to physics, physiology and psychology, and also includes far more than only Phi recursiveness.

Conclusively at this point, it is not an overstatement that Dan Winter's contribution to the NeuroGem does barely exceed the fact that he has talked with prof. Korotkov about a related subject. Back to Dan's phrase "unethical stealing".. the following probably sketches his learning curve which he believes has made his stealing ethical:

First, simply start stealing others' ideas and publish them without reference..
Oops.. people don't like that.. well, then let's add their names but distort the original story so that it fits my bill..
Oops.. people still aren't entirely stupid. Allright, well here's the ethical deal: publish their original work, undistorted and with proper reference, and claim they actually stole it from me (or, if no-one would ever believe that, it was "suggested" by me..)
That sounds elegant no? Well, the saddest of all is this. Once I gave a presentation on the NeuroGem in one of the medical faculties here in the Netherlands, for a group of anaesthesiologists who are also into research. There was keen interest, but the moment I referred to Phi, the Golden Mean ratio, their team leader almost walked out of the room. This is the result, and I can hardly blame him. Dan Winter not only abuses others' ideas and inventions, science in general, and his worldwide audience (authentic quote: "they don't understand it anyway"..) but most sadly, his own object of worship, Phi itself. Golden Mean ratio is indeed relevant in biophysics, especially related to peak experience. You can prove it and it has been proven in multiple ways: mathematically, numerically, empirically (color geometry) and in biophysics (NeuroGem and, indirectly, CardioGem). But absolutely none of this by Dan Winter himself. His newest pet theory, Phi in hydrogen, also doesn't stand because it is not a recursive set, and hence trivial in respect to wave coherence in creational process, as he claims.

Dan Winter has never been part of the development of the NeuroGem, neither was he interested to test it and / or remain a reseller. I offered him all of this, in writing, at multiple occasions, but he declined, probably realising that there was not as much to gain from it as he believed was due.
