A petition for petitions

There needs to be some type of petition system for evolver. A place where you can petition to petition a petition. Maybe people could give there ideas of what they think is important and it could be organized into a tier system based on different understandings. One tier could be for small things, another for bigger things. If a guy can start with a paper clip and turn it into a house, why can't evolver? There is eeg equipment that runs for about 1000$ that measures the coherence of your heart. it literally teaches love and empathy and allowing hearts to be linked scientifically. A 1000 children singing at once has measurable stopped solar flares 13 times! We can leave out all the extra bonuses for now like love braids DNA. Now I'v seen on Dan winter's page, the creator of the heart link, and he once said that he would give away the equipment for free to students if they would also go out and teach it. So maybe there needs to be a heart coherence evolver team. Maybe get a petition signed for all the people interested and start small. Maybe start with just Daniel Pinchbeck and Jonathan Phillips and there crew learning heart cohernece and passing it on. If they are busy with other commitments i'm sure there are others who will take up the torch.

I envision a future where every evolver spore is biofeedback enabled. Thoughts anyone?
