Good day to all being's! I'm PopTop Rising an Indigo/Crystal Starseed (scout) adult, here to serve through being the person I was sent here to be! I'm really 38yrs but not old by a long shot, I am a life long student of what I would like to call " Supernatural Health, healing and well-being". I enjoy studying and eating herb's, superfoods, natural supplements, charged water, juicing/blending and organic foods.Living/Lightbearing (raw)Light foods, Flower essences, Gem elixirs, energy medicine,Gem, Crystal and Stone work, physical fitness as a life style, self-empowerment, positive living and metaphysics.I also do very deep study, research, channeling/guidance,self product testing and evaluation, This body of work has been going on for 12 years with small beginnings in 1991/late teens. Meditation has been a growing daily practice since about age 6.
