For decades there have been a lot books published on the power of positive thinking. Put simply, if you change your thought patterns to more positive qualities then your life will change for the better; by repeating positive affirmations on a consistent basis things will eventually shift.

I lived in the Bay Area for nine years where I came across a lot of different healing modalities. Some were amazing, some were scary as hell. This is one of the videos my friend Matt and I made as a parody of how Yoga can go absolutely wrong in the best possible way. Wicked fun. Hope you enjoy it.

Something tends to happen when we work on intense issues. Our life becomes incredibly serious. This is not to say that traumatic situations shouldn’t be treated with care, compassion and kindness. However, when we loose our sense of humor when doing work on ourselves, it’s time to take a step back and reflect.
