Yes! Cood foods literally means cool, or Raw foods. These are the most nutrient packed foods on the planet that come straight from the land, no excess energy use involved. I am talking about fresh, local fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. It's so simple, yet overlooked by many because we have been conditioned that way. Simplicity rules. What is in the picture?
I just tried making these raw mango tarts last week and it came out awesome! This was my first raw food experiment. Instead of cashews I used almonds and instead of agave I used sugar but it came out pretty good. I don't have a food processor so I chopped it up real small.
