Herbs from all over the world are available at our fingertips, from Chinese herbalism, Ayurvedic systems, Amazonian Shamans, to our own native American medicinal plants. We are so blessed to have access to the most powerful herbal medicines in the world. Let us create an awakening experience within that is expansive and divine.

Intention creates a vision, a life altering experience that can move beyond this physical life. With the use of Herbal Medicines, our intention can create a synchronization with this plant life. I recognize my place within this circle. It is an equal exchange, when using herbal medicine to heal this expanse, it must be utilized in balance. The systems in place must take into account the Alchemy between plants, humans, earth and the divine presence.

When creating Herbal Alchemical Medicine, one must be in that space to provide a true healing. Let us bring that Light into our creations.

Inspiring Post

An inspirational post which has actually inspired to make one of the teas or elixirs! Especially as I've being drinking conventional tea since the age of about 4 years old, I think it's about time I start experimenting - a Ginger or Vanilla-based tea sounds very attractive anyway, let alone with its medicinal and spiritual properties.

I will read into making some of my own teas, rather than relying on the conventional teabag - or as we call it in Britain: Builder's Tea - and instead experiment with different varieties of ingredients; a tea-alchemist.

Where can I find basic directions for the making of such teas. For starters, I wouldn't mind trying your own Tea Blend. I assume you can purchase these powdered ingredients from health shops, etc?

If you can't find the ingredients at your local Co-op or herbal shop, I would recommend Mountain Rose Herbs: http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/, http://www.shamanshack.info/ for blends, Ultimate Superfoods for cacao and shilajit (also the best goji berries), outside of the states I'm sure there are similar sites, post them here if you'd like.

It's also great to focus on some of your local super herbs. In the Northwest, mushrooms are abundant, nettles, and lots of roots like dandelion. Would love to hear others' experience with local herbs and harvesting!

Ginger is awesome too, and sage. I really want to try some holy basil (tulsi) and sprout some fenugreek seeds.
