Dec 15th marked a tragic day in American History. The bill of rights in the United States has been through the shredder. Most American's have never read the constitution or bill of rights and therefor do not even know what has been lost. History classes in public schools teach very little about these documents or the reasons for their existence. Nor do we see American's being encouraged to read them. Instead we find that knowing your basic rights in the US is now a cause for concern. Since Fusion Centers put constitutionalists on lists of potential national security risks making them an enemy of the state.

I bring this up in this blog on perception for several reasons. The main one being why would American's allow their rights to be so eroded by our government in just 10 years? This has to do with social perceptions. Social perceptions are a learned acceptance of certain aspects of life. Things people say, do and teach affect how you perceive the world in your conscious state. This group or social perception also allows us to be a part of the local whole. Having a similar view on topics of social concern makes us part of the group. The more we hear about an issue from one side the more we accept the viewpoint.

9/11 was a prime example of social perception manipulation by the Government and Media. What ever your view on 9/11 was, whether it was a terrorist attack or an inside job is no longer relevant. Even though if it is an inside job those responsible should be brought to justice. In either case the Bush Administration and the power hungry representatives in Washington used this event to pass legislation that open the door for an over powered government to begin openly dismantling the Bill of Rights and constitutional law. This is a fact, it can not be denied. Any perception other then this is taught to you by not giving you all the facts. The patriot act was never needed to protect the country. The country survived far worse assaults with out taking peoples rights. I site pearl harbor, WWI, Vietnam and any other conflict previous to this as examples. Including the Oklahoma City Bombing. These events didn't require the people of this country to give up basic rights of privacy or due process to be safe. The perception that we were required to do this was directly taught to us by the Bush Administration. With quotes like. "If you are not with us you are against us." "We will not tolerate conspiracy theories involving the events of 9/11." Why? Why after this event did our right to question our government make us terrorist at a time that we should be asking the most questions we were quickly and sadly, easily taught that questioning the government was wrong.

Perception is both individual and social or group. By not recognizing the threat to our rights our perceptions of what are rights are was changed. Not by our own doing but by repeated messages of what was right or wrong. Trusting government is dangerous and always has been. Our perception that government is not accountable for it's actions is another taught perception that many of us feel we can do nothing to stop them so why bother.

Our government is completely out of control, our media on all levels is guilty of misleading us or flat out not doing the job of media and asking the hard questions leaving the public very uninformed. Once you are uninformed of the facts it is easy for a 3rd party to mold your perceptions for you.

Lets do a social perception test? Answer these questions to yourself then take a moment to think long term about them and then decide which of the questions should be addressed first. I have paired up the questions decide which should be asked now?

Should wall street be held accountable for their actions that caused the 2008 collapse? or Should the government be held responsible for their reaction to the collapse?

Was 9/11 an inside job? Did 9/11 allow an American coup used to take some of your freedoms?

Is government acting in your best interest? Should the government be passing bills that take your freedoms from you?

Can you affect change in government and reclaim your rights? Government is taking your rights to protect you is this acceptable?

Does the erosion of rights affect your ability to believe and worship god or a creator in a negative way? Should Christians be waging war with entire countries over small groups of militants?

Are you more free today then in the 1960's? Is freedom something we should forsake in the name of safety?

Did any of the above questions cause a hesitation to investigate them caused by fear of how others may perceive you?

Of all the above questions which is the most important? Actions of our government today? or Actions of our government in the past?

Here is my perceptions of the above topics. Wall street didn't cause the problem the government did when they deregulated many financial industries opening the door for their behavior. 9/11 was an American coup and started a fast pace erosion of our rights. Government never acts in your best interest unless you make them. You can affect change but first you have to admit that you have the rights and do what ever is necessary to protect them. The world views our crusade in Arabia as a christian war against Muslims and we are now considered by most of the world to be the most tyrannical police state in modern history. You are far less free today then in the 1960's. If you feel that any of the questions are taboo questions to ask then you are already accepting your programming to not ask questions of your government.

The most important question and hardest to answer is whether or not the government is acting in your best interest? We must change our perceptions of what is going on in this country. We are all suffering from Stockholm Syndrome and Normalcy Bias and this is being used to manipulate your perceptions of what is really going on.

Enjoy the video's, form your own perceptions by asking questions. Our freedoms are almost completely gone yet few are aware of this. One event that allows the sleeping public to accept martial law is all that stands between living in a republic or serving in a dictatorship. It is up to you, to spread the word, get involved and stop this before it happens. Know the facts, read the bills, research the topics gain a proper perspective based on truth and knowledge not what others tell you is the truth but what you have investigated to be the truth or at least closer to the truth. Ask questions, ask a lot of questions while you still can.

I think I see where you are

I think I see where you are coming from. However, I have one question... What do you mean when you say "Our government"? Because whose government this is, is really kind of important. When you say that "Our government is our of control" it implies that it belongs to us and "we" have have lost control of it. Is this your position? My reason for asking this is because if it is not in fact "Our government" then it cannot be said without skewing the context of the discussion and any further questions which arise.

If this is not "Our government" we cannot say that we have lost control of it. You can not loose control over something you never had...

Or if you are still sure that this is "Our" government, I would love to see your evidence for this...?

What I'm saying is the US is the only Government whose constitution empowers the people over the Government. It is our government and we have lost control and it is our fault for letting them get away with it. The people are first according to constitutional law and the bill of rights. However, many laws have been passed that are illegal and truly can not be considered law. The constitution clearly states that no law can be passed that is against the constitution or is over the state laws. My state constitution says we have the right to remove my officials any way the people see fit. So if the people rise up and stand together they can and have the right to remove the government in anyway they see fit. However, only a few are willing to do this at this time. This is the perception issue, the constitution is clear it is our acceptance of the laws that are not legal that give them power not the laws themselves.

This is why there is a massive move from Home Land Security to teach people to perceive anyone exercising their rights as a domestic radicals and possible terrorist. Because the constitution clearly states that it is the people who are in charge not the government and they don't want you to believe that. Everything this man says is utter nonsense but notice the one policeman answered that the founding fathers were terrorist. So they had this training before. There is a constant re-enforcement of the idea of the constitutionalists are out to harm them when most would defend them if they were defending the constitution.

They know the law that is why there is such a massive move against constitutionalists like Ron Paul and Veterans because veterans have sworn an oath to uphold the constitution for life. The older vets didn't sign on for this tyranny and you can bet they will put up a fight so they have to mold the perceptions of the police and public to make the vets who would die for everyone's rights enemy's of the state. They are not enemy's of the people they are enemy's of the state and that is a the problem, the constitution says we are suppose to confront the government, the forefathers also made statements like this that puts the fear of god in them with a less then million man army what if 200,000,0000 people stood up and said no more?

This is what makes them terrorist to the government, the truth that government will walk all over you if you let it and must defend yourself from that. There are hundreds of quotes on controlling government behavior to keep them in check is freedom. To be silent is slavery.

It is our government we just have to take it back from people who should be on trial for treason. Every time they rubber stamp a law that goes against the constitution and bill of rights they are committing treason and should be removed from office at least. They swore oaths to uphold the constitution but the people must enforce the laws as stated in the constitution. It is clearly written that the people own the government in this country not the other way around. As long as people just listen to their side, never read the bill of rights of the constitution the people who hold illegal power will remain in power. So until then it is and isn't our government it is up to us to decide and make those changes.

Okay so if the Constitution

Okay so if the Constitution is true is a compact are you a party to it? When did you form or sign onto this compact? True the States have their own Constitutions. The Oregon State Constitution reads, "Men, when they form a social compact are equal in right." So what about men who DO NOT form a social compact are they equal in right? Again, when did you form or sign onto this social compact?

"But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in Court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution, it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it. [Notice] By the proper use of the English language many of the words in the Preamble to the Constitution should not be capitalized. Assuming the men that did this were not stupid men, why then did they go through all the effort? This is a language procedure that was known to the Framers back then many of whom were educated businessmen and lawyers. This language procedure is known as a capitonym whereby it changes the meaning of a word. Like Polish and polish. People and people are not the same thing and neither is posterity and Posterity...

It was "We the People of the United States"(past tense) setting something else up for the "United States of America". One group establishing something for another group and the reason for doing so.

They said to "form a more perfect Union" which is why the States have no ability to enter international treaty without the Unites States. The States in forming the Constitution intended to give up its self preservation and lost it's international self determination.

Who did they do this for? You think they did this for you? Well it says right here this was to "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity". They made no mention of anyone elses Posterity(bloodline). So what are the "Blessings of Liberty"? Their ability to tax the public to offset and adjust the debt of the United States.(past tense)

The Supremacy Clause was already mentioned so I don't want to spend too much time on it other than to post it verbatim for reference and note, that any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary... Is notwithstanding.

Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

What I really wanted to get to though was back in Article 1 Section 8.

-To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

You see this language right here where it says "necessary and proper"? There cannot be any such a thing as an unconstitutional law because if they passed it it had to be "necessary and proper". This means all the Treaties in pursuant thereof are supreme law of the land and every judge in every State shall be bound thereby.

How extant is the international law? Well right back in Article 1 section 8 it says...

-To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

You ever read the Law of Nations?

Because the reason there is so much maneuvering by DHS that is commonly perceived and treasonous and tyrannical is because the Constitution does not apply to you or I in the first place. So when you claim Constitutional rights, you're actually the one trespassing. Not you nor any citizen of the United States is either signatory or Posterity thereof to have and standing to state any claim upon which relief can be granted.

So the "People" may own this government, but that isn't you, the little people. If you are not the Grantor and Beneficiary of the compact you are what they refer to as a 14th Amendment citizen whereby civil rights/liberties are granted. Well any rights/liberties granted can be ungranted. Which looks like is going prime-time with all this hubbub revolving around this new bill. But, I would have to say that is all for not being neither here nor there since the Civil War.

Did you know that the only way to end a war is by treaty of peace? Well since the Civil War when has there ever been a treaty of peace? Never. So what's Congress doing up there besides maintaining a facade that all men are created equal? If you read General Orders 100 signed by Lincoln, aka the Lieber Code, The Government of Armies which has never been repeal and is still in effect to this day.

The United States failed to pay their debt to the Crown this is why they formed a Constitution. To secure the debt for the international creditors. Every time the United States fails to pay or secure the debt to the international creditors the noose gets a little tighter. From the War of 1812 to the Civil War to the Great Depression and 911. This is about private international law and it has nothing to do with any public law, international or domestic.

Notice he said "your country", what are you going to do for YOUR country?; he didn't say anything about anyone elses country and he didn't say the United States. He said your country. As in the one you form when you do what they did when they Declared their Independence and formed the nation-state. Your own nation-state. The reason I mention all this is because until you begin to build your society, you're still building theirs. If you believe yourself to be subjugated to a system of tyranny. Then who in their right mind would remain subject to a system of abuse and torture? If the purpose for government is to administer international relations, treaties, commerce, and dispute resolutions. Who would not be competent to administer their own affairs? Only those of unsound mind and who are not competent to do so.

I just wanted to say, the constitution is about self governing for the most part. That small government is good, states should have sovereignty over the government and most state constitutions grant the sovereignty of the people over the government. The fact that you support this site but know little about the real nature of what our government is suppose to be is disturbing. That isn't meant in offense but have you read both the constitution or at least the bill of rights? We did and if we want them do have those powers they have just eroded via complacency over the last 220 years. Most people don't even realize that the indefinite detention with out trial or cause and the authorization of torture and execution with out trial are all supported in the treason-es s1867 or NDAA bill about to be signed by Obama even exists and it was ratified on the 220 anniversary of the Bill of Rights. I refuse to call this traitor president.

Bloated government is the problem and i agree with that entirely. However, we must join together on certain issues to ensure our sovereignty over others that would take it. That was the purpose originally of a government for the people by the people that the people did and if willing still own. That is exactly what has been lost, you are all true patriots and seems from the headlines there you don't even know you had and can still have that power already but you have to defend it and sometimes that requires things we may not want to do.

The Supremacy Clause states the contrary. If Federal Law and State law come into conflict, Federal law supersedes State Law, with the important caveat that the federal government is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers (Article 1 Section 8)

You are right however,

The 10th amendment does grant states sovereignty.

Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The individual states of the United States do not possess the powers of external sovereignty, such as the right to deport undesirable persons, but each does have certain attributes of internal sovereignty, such as the power to regulate the acquisition and transfer of property within its borders. The sovereignty of a state is determined with reference to the U.S. Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land.

So, if the states do have their own constitutions, the right to govern the people in that state. The pure overreach of the federal government violates it's limitations under many of limits established by the constitution.

Since the congress IE feds are not aloud to do the following they can not exercise these laws because neither a rebellion or foreign invasion is taking place. Therefore the state must protect their citizens from this over reach.

The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This is the catch, prohibited by the states which is the rights written to the people in the states constitutions. many states refused to sign the constitution until this amendment was added due to the sweeping powers granted by the base constitution as written.

There are lists of hundreds of things the feds do that violate the limitations of congress this is a violation of the 10th amendment where the states sovereignty was truly laid out.

Since the gov now regularly violates 6 of the first 10 amendments and soon to be 7 this is in direct conflict to the powers stated that the government is granted and therefore the state an people do not have to obey those laws because the extend into these first 10 amendments and are not legal so the states have sovereignty over these unlawful actions.

Bar to Federal Action

The Bill of Rights was understood, at its ratification, to be a bar on the actions of the federal government. Many people today find this to be an incredible fact. The fact is, prior to incorporation, discussed below, the Bill of Rights did not apply to the states. This is, however, quite in line with what the Constitution was originally designed to be: a framework for the federal government. In other words, though the federal government was banned from violating the freedom of the press, states were free to regulate the press. For the most part, this was not an issue, because the state constitutions all had bills of rights, and many of the rights protected by the states mirrored those in the federal Bill, and many went further than the federal Bill.

Note well this. Anything not expressly granted to the Federal government is reserved for the States or the People. Although this amendment is very liberally interpreted, it is one of the tenets of the Constitution. This amendment is also known as the States' Rights Amendment.

I'm in PA in PA the right to bear arms shall not be questioned. So those rights are stronger then the federal which states shall not be infringed. Therefore the states supersedes in the boundaries of the state. Note in the 10th amendment the words "nor prohibited by it to the States" so if the states prohibit under their law a federal law then that law does not apply protecting the states sovereignty.

A distant grandfather of mine said at the ratification of the constitution and first 10 amendments:

I was advised to take it

I was advised to take it easy on people that think they may know more than they do. I actually have probably around 5000 hours studying law, constitutional and international. Just though I would take someone elses advise and take this discussion slow. I actually do this everyday although generally on boards with members who are a little more adept at contract language and law. Something that really has never been Evolvers bag. There's a few here that are, most are not. One just never knows how any human exchange will go until it's going. I can assure you I am quite well studied on the subject and have no issue keeping up. I have just be told that I am a little bit too much sometimes...

Anyway, since you also have an affinity for the Madison quote. If, you do in fact intend to be your own governor, why differ to the United States? When you claim to be "We the People", notwithstanding, as a 14th amendment citizen. All you are claiming or can claim is as a member of the body politic, E Pluribus Unum, which is why they put it on the "Great Seal" of the dollar bill. Out of many, one. Where one goes the we all go. And here they practice what is called capitalism. Capita, meaning "by the head", so where the head goes the body follows.

We could get into birth certificates too and how they capitalize on that, how this membership bonds everyone as "collateral" for the debt of the United States, but its late...
