This moment, mid January 2011, finds me 8 months into an odyssey through the American continent, from Mexico to Brasil, documenting sustainable communities and ecological projects: www.comuntierra.org ... We are mapping all of these projects on the site, which also features photos and videos. I'm originally from Oakland, CA, my partner Leticia is from Porto Alegre, Brasil ... we live in a painted motorhome with solar power, and are working on other eco-techniques for the house. We plan 3 more years for the trip, but of course cannot know exactly how life will unfold.
