The old school may lose their grip on society

My view is that we all get access to the entire body of knowledge in the universe. Lets use the analogy of a computer Operating System. At the start every individual is given a free copy of Universe OS 10.4.1 (or whatever). In western society most people just use their free system to receive email, visit MSN & occasionally buy overpriced U2 tickets on Tickemaster.

The Schizophrenics are busy writing crazy applications & programs, & it's all freeware & shareware! Your average Schizopherenic will happily install one of these apps they've developed on your machine! The problem this amazing software is buggy & prone to crashing.

In our western culture, the pharma industry is busy encouraging these crazy developers to run only approved God fearing-Puritan values/programs. The Schizo is in a bind, because modern medicine doesn't recognise awakening, shamanic break or psychedelic states.

The Shaman may be able to help the Schizophrenic. However locating a genuine shaman in this culture is a complicated issue. If you can make contact with one, the wider community will consider it foolishness & potentially damaging to mental health. So there is no easy solution, but 2012 is approaching & the old school may lose their grip on society. Lets hope that happens!
