In the moment

There's not much really worth getting upset about in this world. Yet it is so easy in our culture to become emotionally invested in such trivial things. No matter how much we rush through the day, we are always in the moment. The reality is the moment, yet what we experience is somewhere else altogether in space or time.
With each snare hit carries the weight of the entire band. Each high hat splash the swing of the beat. We may not be moving completely in snyc, but our experience is. We strive to be there. In that moment. The instant one band member mentally drifts ever-so-slightly into psuedo-reality, we all lose it. When we lose it, it is important to remind ourselves to bring the moment back. Forgive the self for losing the moment. Laugh if necessary.
Point being, in using this analogy of playing music: There are no mistakes in the moment. There are no worries in the moment. No regret, no remorse. Just being. And love.

it is wonderfull the other way, your way in which you bring me back in this only one moment. This is how I feel we are so important to another. Other angles of perception that enrich our awareness and -being- in love.

And yes so true! I could much easier laugh about my self.. when loosing the moment. It all can be so much fun... as the laughing Buddha.
