I want to start a movement and need your help

Friend, I have seen my divinity, my own perfection, but have just as quickly forgotten it. I am reminding you of who You truly are, without the baggage of categories or status symbols or preconcieved notions. I am sending this with my sincere love; and hope that this serves as a small reminder of the distinctness of your Being so that you may carry this message in your heart to spread it to others - loved ones and strangers alike - we are all here together.

Alrighty, what'd you think? I would like to start a series of letters to follow this.. trying to wake people up, inspiring them to be more helpful and assuring them there is nothing to fear for when the time comes to stand, they will not be alone. I'd like to drop them off on people's doorsteps.. leaving a white ribbon and instructions to place it on their doorknob if they enjoyed the letter and would like to receive another.

Starting a Movement

I too want to start a movement, but this movement is not about you, nor about me, nor just about now. Movements start now, but they impact Tomorrow, and we can see their impact from many many Yesterdays. A movement starts from uniting with like minds. This site has served to start this movement, but then we must ask, What is the next step.
I personally seek to create a religion to protect entheogens as sacraments. This transcends Self because the entheogens are Not-Self. They are of the plant kingdom, and it is in sharing our essenses with each other (Human and Entheogen) that the Divine speaks to us.
Sites like this are the start of a movement. Santo Daime, the Native American Church and the Rastafarians are all part of the Entheogen Movement. So are the Peyote Way Church and Unaio de Vegetal. My goal is to make all the major plant entheogens part of a weekly to monthly sacrament. I do this not just to proclaim our rights, but to protect them for future generations. We are dealing with different minds. The battle is winnable, but there is a battle and it must be fought. Wishful thinking is not enough.
I personally ground my movement on all the major religious traditions and a recontruction of all the most ancient tribal traditions into a single form called Prem Rajya Tao. A movement requires leadership and organization, but also a cooperation of loose affiliations.
The Civil Rights movement had its spokepeople like Malcolm X and Martin Luther King. (But also its brave triggering individuals like Rosa Parks.) A movement is not confined to one religion, but it does work within existing religions. Black Muslims and Black Evangelicals worked together. The NAACP was one organization, but many more were involved. Politicians were solicited and in some cases appropriately harrassed. We have a more difficult path, but the great fortune of civil rights movements which have proceeded us to look back on and learn from.
The entheogenic rights movement cannot occur in isolation or for only one organization. This is something both very special and very valuable we are protecting. WE will succeed through people like you who recognize the need to build a movement. Now we must strategize, agitate, and secure our rights.

I am crying as I am typing this. This has touched a very deep part of me. This was not you who typed these words, it was the Divine Mother speaking through you. I am so grateful to read the words of absolute and unconditional love in a world that makes fun and ridicules people like you and me. Oh great Mother please remove me from this "consensus trance reality" and put me back in the magic of life. I want to help but it is so hard when I am surrounded by dead people (spiritually speaking). I feel like I am being crushed by the weight of the deadness of this world. Where can I go to be free to be me? Mother, help me help you. Again...

I understand what you feel Carl Cancerian.
I also feel crushed sometimes by the weight of the darkness and unconciousness.
I feel very alone, but am comforted that there are light beings out there such as yourself and all members of Evolver.
The movement sounds amazing. I'd love to be involved and I think its a truly beautiful idea.
