Epstin - My thoughts and observations...

I started taking Epstin one month ago on Friday, August 21st. I have since noticed that while I continued to have cycles of pain and fatigue, I did experience a wonderful change during this time. Whether or not it is a result of the Epstin is unclear....

I thought I was over this already!!!

I'm sure you've all been there.

You thought you were over something - had put whatever the issue was behind you - and then: 'Hello!' It's still there.

Epstin - One Week Later...

I started taking Epstin one week ago today. One major thing that I have noticed, is that I am now taking my time, moving more slowly through life. I have not felt as rushed or hurried in the past few days, particularly.

The Epstin Experiment

Less than a year ago, I began to experience major fatigue, as well as strange, constant aching pains in my arms and legs. I had been bitten by a deer tick in October 2008, and the pain and fatigue started a few weeks after I discovered the tick on me.

Living in the Moment....

It's a lesson I feel I'm learning over and over again. It seems as though the cycles have grown shorter - maybe the lesson is finally beginning to stick. And the lesson is this:

I am much happier when I am living in the moment.

About Me

Bio

I grew up in Detroit, MI.  I received a scholarship to Adelphi, and came out to Long Island.  I studied as a physics major for three years, and I learned that while I was (and still am) interested in physics and science in general, my heart was not in physics.

I chose to leave school, and my experiences have been varied and educational since then.  I have several years of experience working with children in an educational setting.  I have worked with MR/DD adults for the past four years, and I had been the coordinator of an adult day hab with over 20 individuals.

Along the way, I have studied Reiki, and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher.  I have also explored Transformational Breathwork and other healing modalities over the last five years.

I am currently working as a personal assistant to the owner of a piano store.

I am moving through yet another phase of metamorphosis...I can't even begin to describe how many different lives I've lived...all linked together by one common thread - the name I was given at birth.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way....
