Gratitude Journal
Write down all the things, people, and events in your life (past or present) that you appreciate and enjoy.
I am grateful for every person, thing and event in my life, past and present. I am grateful for amniotic fluid, giggling mothers, tetrahedrons, soft shiny finger-comb-worthy hair, my family, fresh aromatic fruit, clean ocean water, the seed of life, dreamtime downloads, my imagination, orgasms, ninja turtles, cozy evenings with a movie and a lover, chocolate, pachamama, my teachers (just to name a few) bashar, gregg braden, buddha, marianne williamson, jesus, abrahamhicks, matthew & terces englehart, kachina, aluna, nassim haramein, heather noell, edgar cayce, drunvalo melchizedek, eckhardt tolle, rumi, captain planet!; train jumping, yoga, energy work, sex, sanskrit, affirmations, my body, my voice, my eyes, spirals, laughing children, poetry, dresses, nudity, saunas, bike rides, camp zoe, durian, beaches, music festivals, being born, my friends, laughing heartily, hoop dancing, music that gets me groovin, the flower of life, soul soothing vibrations, music that gets me frisky, James Riverstone, public transportation, my old dog Evie, clothing, living water, aloe vera, meditation, 'my' chicken Bella, raw honey, drum circles, psychedelic experience, the hypnagogic state, lucid dreams, coconut oil everywhere possible, ecstasy without reason, the sun, the moon, the stars, crickets, lightening bugs, spring, summer, fall, winter, snow, romance, ice, ego, love, emotion, transitioned friends and family, a beautiful home, the best ever superfoods, seaweed, story telling, sunglasses, wild flowers, psilocybin, affection, humid summer nights in the fields of kansas, tools for vibrational healing, trees, the weeping willow, crystals, the cello, feeling beautiful, myself, TO EXIST!

So I could continue, but I think that the obvious key here is that there is an infinite number of things to be grateful for. I find that I am extremely grateful for the illusions as well as the truths. I would not be this me without both - all inclusive - integrative - integrity.

Meditation
While waiting for my oil to be changed, I sat in a lobby that swarmed with starbucks mugs being sipped and a loud television that spewed media illusion. I closed my eyes, turned up my ipod and without a second thought, began to hum to the Toning Meditation on Heather's CD. "I am willing to be at peace" and I surrendered deep into it for 15 minutes. I also meditated to Bashar - always an ecstatic experience for me!

Giving
Share a kind, encouraging word - with a stranger!
At the market I complimented a few women for having great smiles and style, and one man on my way out for a great hat - although I don't particularly think it was great... Even so, it still felt authentic to share because of the way he lit up when I acknowledged him. There shall be no strangers left in the world. :)

Sarah's Exercise
None today. I had planned on attending an intenSati class (spoken affirmations with cardio), but I had a healing session instead. He said it was the best session yet in our weekly meetings... It feels good to get reflections in my work. I created the space to let go of symbols and flow into a more channeled state... I found that the Moola Mantra was very conducive to this intention. I am Purushothama after all ;)

What did I eat today?
Morning: MSM Water, orange and banana
Lunch: My Supertrailmix (cacao nibs, goji berries, cashews, brazil nuts, golden berries)
Dinner: Salad with radish, bell pepper, avocado, cherry tomato with a raw tahini dressing (tahini, cashew butter, lemon, cilantro, red onion, salt, pepper, fresh garlic) and an orange
