Corroboration

As suggested by McKenna; to share in the experience of an other as a source to enlightenment is futile for we are all traversing the same road to understanding the `big picture' of our existence and what we may wish to seek from the experience of another that is likely more relevant is the corroboration to or comparison of , the truth to our own experience.
When I read a book and share the experience with another who has read the same book - it is not likely that we will have interpreted the book in exactly the same way but the essence of the books message can be shared to measure our own unique interpretation of it.
