Bio

I've been immersed in the world of transformation/spirituality for the past 10 years. Lived in San Francisco for up until 2003, where I was involved in building community. I have founded and facilitated several nature based spiritual retreats, The Spirit of Man-designed specifically for men and several co-ed retreats. I've also been very involved with Native communities attending various ceremonies and rites of passage and being a kind of liason between those communities and other intentional communities. I have studied through Tom Brown Jr's Tracking, nature and wilderness survival school (Trackerschool.com), formed and led various men's circles and monthly workshops. I live on the jersey Shore and I'm the father of two beautiful children, a 17 year old daughter who is a brilliant and aspiring musician and artist and a 13 year old son who's more of a mathamatical/engineering type genius.

Skills and talents

I lead workshops/retreats with an emphasis on awareness, meditation techniques, self discovery and spiritual awakening. I love music, play guitar, try my best to sing, formed a band once and often think about finding other musicians to form a band again or just jam with and see where it goes.

MGMT, Tool, A Perfect Circle, The Shins, Radiohead,Peyote Songs, Band of Horses. Also, The Voices of Creation, The Sounds of my Lover and my own Heart.

Movies I've Seen Recently

Rarely go to movies these days. Some of my alltime favorites: Jim Jarmusch's Deadman, Dreamkeeper, Lili Marleen, Shakespeare in Love (Gwyneth Paltrow naked-whoa), all 3 Asutin Powers, Knocked Up and 40 Year Old Virgin.
