Be aware,,, then act

A war against yourself is a war you'll loose...

I think that first one needs to understand oneself and how we operate as a whole... what makes us go to war, why do we get greedy, what makes us feel peaceful, in the moment...

Each of us have different triggers and different ways to respond... why is that?? I do not know... but what I do know is the consequences of just that... not only our decisions shape us and our community but also our biological (so to speak) predispositions... that is not to say that physical impediments, cultural background, etc... should stop you but it most certainly will color the way you go about...

My point is... be observant of what goes around you and inside of you... do not judge though just "see"... ground yourself in the moment and from there make a move... act... and when in doubt take a step back and educate yourself,,, you don't want to put yourself or others in any danger, right?... that will be just irresponsible.

Disclaimer: I'm not telling anyone what to do... I guess you can call this an advise that no one asked for =)
